Swing Trader does not so much more than point out the IBD stocks that are in the Buy Zone. You can get this info from IBD digital. I watched the ST intro for new subscribers with Chris & Mark which was a joke. They refuse to post buy stop prices in advance thinking the Market Maker will run up the stock. But there but points are almost the same as IBD’s Buy Zones. Other services post but prices in advance and this is not a problem. Alerts are too late. I expected more from a big company like IBD. The company has gone downhill and heavily emphasizes blasting ads at subscribers. IND should focus on service more than subscriptions. I will not be renewing mine.

I have not been getting the Daily as promised. I signed up weeks ago and have only received one copy of the Daily.

I opted in for a 14 days free trial, but soon found out that this was not for me. According to the website where I signed up, there is a MyIBD option where you can opt out. Problem though is that this does not exist, and the customer service has not reacted to a ticket I have raised. Seems the only option left is to block my credit card. Shame on you!

I have been a customer of investors.com for over a year as it appears. the reason why I am not happy is that I signed up to their promo service to check if I would be able to benefit from their service. However, after a few days, I decided this is not the case and I followed steps to cancel my trial. a year goes by and I noticed that I have reoccurring charge of around $35. I contacted investors.com and spoke with a person. I was advised that my money was paid and they will not offer me a refund even I was not aware that I had an active subscription. Investors.com did NOT send me a monthly invoice or in any way contacted me when they collected money form my card. Sure it's my fault I didn't check my card properly, this was revied by my accountant and he assumed I am using this service. but not sending any remittance advice or invoice even they took money from my account monthly is a low blow. I would expect that kind of behaviour from shady business/ fraudsters, not a reputable business. to add to the insult support agent was rude, told me he is not going to discuss this with any longer and I should go away. I will avoid them like a plague in future!

First of all I do not take it. I cancelled my subscription to IBD several years ago. I do take and use Marketsmith but consider the two as separate entities.

I invested in some of the market timing etfs like LDRS, BOUT, and FFTY. These etfs follow ‘time tested’ IBD models and methods. They stink! Way underperforming. They time the market alright. The wrong time! LDRS has moved out of stocks just in time for stocks to go up, and back into stocks in time for them to go down. I reached out to IBD they sent me to the etf provider, the etf provider said they just follow the models from IBD. Don’t trust them!!! And with all the tools they provide, if they can’t even manage a Model portfolio to make money using their tools, how are you? Stay away!

Total waste of money.. the guys running this product are rookie investors and all their picks are bad.. I subscribed to all their products for 3 months now to realize it's not only a total waste of money but it's also makes you lose money..

so far the 5$ introductory rate was really 29.95$ a month. I asked about why it wasn't honored and heard nothing back. Now I am paying 29.95$ a month but all of the lists and most of the articles are blocked and require more money per month. Seriously considering canceling this service.

The company, with its IBD related services, go out of their way to make the cancellation of subscription services very difficult for users, as part of their business model. Be careful.

I CANCELED SWING TRADER IN MY TRAIL PERIOD ON LINE AND IT SAID ISUCESSFUL DID SO. 5 MOUTHS LATER I HAPPEN TO CHECK MY BANK STATEMENT AND YOU HAVE BEEN BILLING ME YOU COSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT ONLY GAVE BACK 1 MOUTH I SURE YOUR COMPUTER CAN VERIFY I DID NOT USE SWING TRADER AFTER 2 WEEKS YOU ARE REFUSING TO GIVE BACK MY MONEY THAT YOU TOOK. I WILL CANCEL MY OTHER SUBSCRIPTIONS WITH YOU.. I WANT MY MONEY BACK YOU DID NOT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. I am a senior and can't get any where with you .

Too much clutter on web page. Some articles are difficult to tell if they are current versus a few days ago. I preferred the paper version, so that I can go back and reference Acc/distr. THE VIDEO ADS RUIN MY FOCUS! In paper ads, you choose, or not, to look at an ad within a millisecond. Forcing people to pause for 15-20 sec EVERY time they click on an informative video is a waste of precious research time. WHen I signed up for the digital version, I never thought it would be so counter productive. I definitely do not use the media as much as I thought I would. It’s too bad, I held this “paper” in high regard.

Three out of 4 weeks I have not received the newspaper. I call every week nothing happens. I called Saturday morning for support - during the hours you are suppose to be open, no answer. So one star is to high of a rating.

Trial paper delivery subscription resulted in 5 non deliveries. I notified customer service eac time and after 5th non delivery it was finally delivered every week. Why do customers have to do job of your customer service people? No one is going to buy anything from IBD with such poor service!!!!!!

aside from the fundy data... marketsmith is sooooo bad, buggy, slow, cumbersome... its a software way ahead of its time, if u in the 80s shame for not improving
