Strip and PayPal Fees excessive. Im paying for the app and Invoices2go is charging a fee on top of the Stripe and PayPal. I have been asking for years to break out labor and materials to make end of year easier! Its time to find another service (app) No way to call and ask a simple question.. I Have emailed questions and the response has no relation to the question I asked!!! $28.00 on a $900 transaction is way too high when you have 300+ invoices to be billed.

I have used this program for just over 1 year, all was decent and working until recently. I sent a $12,000 invoice to a client, and they paid by credit card, which I hadn’t enabled the program to do. I then discovered I was was billed almost $500 for that credit card payment. I hadn’t agreed to this in any way, invoice2go basically robbed me of that $500 with no notice or agreement.

@ For regular updates you also must be able to have the operating system accordingly, for older I phones without updates system not working. @customer service non existing @ phone support will you put you up to 6 min. on hold before disconnecting. @email support 0 response @system has numerous flaws which the company refuses to discuss or acknowledge

Dreadful company,auto renewing your subscription without knowledge and putting price up 4 times amount it was,and then impossible to switch renew button off,they make it impossible to find,scamers

Have used Invoice2go for years but not anymore, price just keeps going up. £35 for 100 invoices last year to £50 for 30 this year, what a joke. Pure Greed. Bye bye…

absolutely dreadful now. customer service is so bad. renewals don't work either. sent over 20 emails no response. rang up and was told im sending emails from a different email address which we haven't used in years. this company has lost the plot. prices are now a rip off and company has lost it value.

I have been a Invoice2go app user for years, but lately too much bad is happening and I’m not happy with the service. I got paid from a client on an invoice through their partner Stripe service, client asked me to cancel the transaction, I did so. Refunded to client. But I’m still left with a charge from Invoice2go (or Stripe) in my bank account for $51.05. Contacted Invoice2go and they said “sorry” it’s not us, it’s stripe that charged you. There’s no phone number listed for stripe, yes, good luck to me finding customer service from Stripe. When my business is with Invoice2go not with Stripe. Angelo the rep from Invoice2go was not helpful at all!

What a scam of a company,cant access old invoices if u leave invoice to go ,so u have to buy full year membership just to get old invoices and qoutes,is this even legal?and then thet take your money withouting emailing you when it auto renews,never got a email 21 days before they take it,and guess what the price had gone up to 269 euro,wowowowowow,the cheek of them,they should be locked up

Worse app ever. So many technical issues, wasted hours of valuable time on support and still nothing. Unfortunately, I am stuck between a rock and a hard place as I have a client that uses the invoicing side of it. Everything else is crap.

Sad to see a mismanaged company put policies that affect customer experience. If they could charge you for printing each invoice they would. With a simple web search and few clicks I have now switched to Wave Invoicing. So long Invoice2Go, thanks for nothing.

They have doubled my subscription price without any warning. They sent me an email, on the day they took the money from my bank, to tell me my subscription payment would be taken that day, no mention of the renewal price in the email. When I checked my bank they had taken almost twice as much as previous years, with absolutely no notice whatsoever, SCAMMERS!

The charge to the customer, on top of charging the service provider is definitely excessive. Nobody else charges (the customer) for paying with a debit card. Will never pay through Invoice2go again.

I personally find it so easy to use plus its a great app for small businesses. Invoices have been received by receiver and paid promptly.

nearly used it to pay a contractor's invoice then noticed there would be a payment charge (no indication on the invoice of a payment charge) - as it was not made clear who would pay this charge I exited the invoice2go and paid with my personal banking app Slightly underhanded in my opinion
