Chris Strode. Shame on you. You had a good business but then you got greedy. Price increases every year, and if you dont comply they keep your data and you can't access it. Total SCAM, Beware.

As a customer of a trade that uses this, the invoice gave the impression that pay2go was the only payment option. There was no mention of any 'online payment' surcharge, which amounted to $28 and was only divulged AFTER the payment. Turns out there was a second page of the invoice which had a small type BSB banking details...which would havebeen my preferred method of payment and would not have involved any fees. Sleazy.

If I could give it no stars I would 😡😡. I complete rip-off, 7 working days for YOUR money to clear, it leaves the payees bank instantly then stripe hang on to it for a week and a half almost, gaining interest on money that you have earned. DO NOT PAY/USE THIS RIDICULOUS APP, it’s meant to speed things up not slow it down and line someopoxket with your hard earned😡😡

The original app that I started using 3 years ago was fantastic, easy to use, full of features and was fast. Well not any more.... after the "major update" it has become a useless, slow-as-a-snail piece of s**t! It takes 3 times longer to do anything, some of the more intuitive functions like predicting customer names and accounts as you type seem to have gone, printing reports is no longer there instead you have to export them to email as a excel file (which is not formatted, my accountant laughed at it) DO NOT BUY THIS!

I've heard a lot of invoices to go clients That would just like to scream come out with bad language and actually point the finger at some clone at invoices 2 go why did they mess around with something that just worked so Good Yes customer services so bad got sick and tired of sending emails to them with the problems with the new upgrade with no success but looking at these reviews it is quite obvious millions of emails One simple message to invoices to go, all you have done a lot of damage to small businesses not just in England all over the world go back to the original app that one worked I could go on all day with the issues that this New app as what I have emailed invoices to go to trying to help myself but also help invoices to go to get things right very simple issues that just diabolical A simple thing like cannot go into your phone contacts to pick up a clients details that you was able to do last time the list just goes on previewing your estimate or invoice cannot do this in front of customer has no too much information around that is not the business of Your client I can just go on and on the last one make up a invoice is dated from the day that you made the invoice and then it's classed as a late payment it's not been emailed or printed it should only be dated from the day it was emailed or was printed i.e. if you make this invoice up two weeks before then send it it will be classed as two weeks late for payment small businesses are making up invoices days before the contract completed let's just go back to the old app it what are used to say very clear invoice unsent /invoice printed /invoice emailed and that was the date it was sent it's not rocket science dated from the day it was emailed and dated from the day it's printed the list just goes on and on And I as a small business was only using the app at a very limited some people are using this app very in-depth I can understand the issues they are having One last thing we are all using invoices to call possibly off iPads when you're looking at a screen you want to be looking at the screen and concentrating on information that you're doing not information that is relevant screens just too busy invoices to go please listen and go back to the old up nothing else to discuss

CEOs and developers are a bunch of fucking monkeys, these dickheads think that launching new software then doing updates to be the same standard as old version is "good" enough, They fucking lie to the users by telling us they can't roll back to v9 .. Yet anyone with a v9 version can make a new account and send invoices. I have lost thousands of dollars cause of these cunts, DONT DOWNLOAD OR EVEN BOTHER WITH THSE PIECE OF SHIT. LIEING MOTHER FUCKERS HOPE YOU ALL BURN IN HELL

ONE STAR IS WAY TO GOOD FOR THIS UPDATE FROM HELL. To eco the same message to the Invoice2go directorship which allowed this Train wreak of an update out to all before Beta Testing it with a select high user Group. YOUR INCOMPETENCE IS ASTOUNDING, INVOICE2GO IS NOW "NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE" I had been using Invoice2go from way back in 2012 if memory services me correctly. £39.99 it cost back then. It was never perfect with all sorts of little bugs & syncing issues that you taught yourself ways to overcome. My subscription is due in July. Cost £149.99 + the cost of additional cloud storage. You gotta be kidding me. I'm off to POWERED NOW, LOOK THEM UP. THERE IN THE U.K WITH GOOD OLD FASHIONED PHONE SUPPORT. THEY ARE ALSO OFFERING 10% OFF TO INVOIVE2NOWWERE TO GO CUSTOMERS. MY GOD I STILL CANNOT BELIEVE THIS LEVEL OF F***UP COULD HAPPEN. I REFECT ON THE ORIGINAL INVOICE2GO STORY OF THE FOUNDER AND HIS FRUSTRATION OF POOR APPS AVAILABLE FOR ALL US SOLE TRADERS , SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS. MY GOD MAN ARE YOU STILL PART OF THIS EMPIRE OR HAVE YOU SOLD UP AND STARTED TO LIVE THE DREAM ON THE PROCEEDS ?????. IF YOU ARE STILL ABOUT, SHAME ON YOU. GET A GRIP OF THIS SITUATION, SORT THE F***ER OUT & REMIND YOURSELF OF THOSE VALUES YOU STARTED WITH. LOOKING AT THE PAGES OF THREADS SLATING THIS UPDATE. THE RIGHT THING TO DO WOULD BE TO GO BACKWARDS TO THE PREVIOUS VERSION THUS ALLOWING ALL TO TRADE. THEN BETA TEST THIS JUNK VERSION AND ASK CUSTOMERS WHAT THEY WANT RATHER THAN DECIDING YOURSELF.

The update is the biggest xxxx up ever. The whole layout that we all knew and loved it replaced with a pile of crap. You can no longer change the vat rate at invoice level instead you have to change every item one by one. Got on the chat help line and was disconnected twice while waiting on a reply. I can see a go invoice package going out of business soon if they don't go back to the system that was working and the clients were happy with. The more complaints they get the better chance that they might take note. After all we are the their customers that pay the bills

Words are not enough to express my anger over the so called upgrade, I've paid a subscription and half way through they take away the very useful product and replace it with a cheap unusable useless piece of #%@t, I wish I had the money to sue hopefully some one will!!!

I am so mad right now... first off I didn't want this STUPID and inefficient "update"... I have invoices to issue and can't because of your damn update... your timing couldn't have been worse. It's people's livelihood and business you're playing with. I want the so-called "update reverted back to the old app (which is/was so much more user friendly, convenient, and efficient). You don't fix what isn't broken - didn't your mother's ever tell you that. I want the old app back or a refund. I didn't sign-up for this foolishness. #Invoice2go_fail BIG time

We have had a bad experience with invoice2go. First of all their discounts - these can only be revised in the settings, not at invoice level - which does not suit our invoicing as we sometimes give discount on items and sometimes on the subtotal - and sometimes none at all. As we didn't want to forward our clients invoices with $0 discount we switched the invoice feature of and on - not knowing this would affect all invoices, incl closed/paid invoices. This has created chaos in our admin and will take a long time to fix. Furthermore invoices don't properly synch between devices. I am now thinking what is even the point of this? It's hard enough to start of a new business. Their customer service let me know it will be fixed in the next update but when it was finally available he emailed me: With the new version, yes, you can set the Discount on Invoice level. By the way, just a suggestion, if you can hold off, please refrain from updating to the new version as of yet. There have been reports that the new version is not what they need, and does not look like an upgrade, but a step back. Also, there is no means of reverting back to the old version, once you have updated. But that is your decision. Hope this helps. My advice: don't buy!!

With the new update its a nightmare. Lit has completely ruined my records and its the worst app for a business. I have made a complain and they did not even bother to reply to me.

The new app is complete shit!!! It worked perfectly till it was updated to the new version. Seriously someone at invoice2go fucked up and all us paying customers are getting fucked too by them!!!

A great app ruined by the latest update (version 10). At this point, I'd be better off going back to handwritten receipts and using an excel spreadsheet to track sales! I'm absolutely livid!

To the CEO, Greg Waldorf and founder Chris Strode I'm reluctant to even give this upgrade a 1 star rating. It is not deserving of any rating, neither is your customer service. So far it's been days of trying to get hold of your company to get someone to help me sort out this mess of an accounting system. My next step will be to go to the Media. You have stuffed almost every single business who use your system. My system is at a standstill. I can't search property addresses to look up my clients, since I look after over 5000 properties it's important to be able to search them, now I can't find anything. I'm So angry with the lack of support and have no idea how I'm going to continue to run my business. Statements don't balance to what is actually owed. Invoices duplicated both paid and unpaid, reports don't even have totals on them. I'm Now expected to print out an expenses report for the year and add each expense up individually. I'm asking for answers from YOU!! What the hell do we do now? It's the end of the financial year next week..... you've caused many many many people unnecessary work now. I've had to send letters to all of my clients explaining that due to YOUR upgrade I'm unable to offer them the professional service I used to and have asked for their patience while this is rectified. But who is going to rectify it when no one answers your phone or emails???? All I get is a message saying "the office is closed" REALLY ANGRY - since the media have reported on your recent success I'm sure they'd love to know what is going on now. If someone does not call me TODAY..... I'm going to the media where everyone will hear how bad your software is now! I want a refund on all of my businesses as this is NOT what I paid you almost $600 per company! This is nothing less than Fraud!

App was almost perfect before update and now is hard to use; -cannot look through all invoices hardly as easily now, you can only view paid or unpaid. -cannot view all invoices by month or by any other metric, just the total figures, which was handy on the old version as we could look through what items sold best on a particular month and change Adwords Advertising to suit the trend. -the app insists on showing part paid invoices as fully paid, so when the invoice is sent at the end of a job for a client to pay the balance there is no option for them to pay the balance as it just appears as a fully paid invoice! Obviously just a glitch on the new version but well annoying for us until you can be bothered to fix it. -the interface is just not as easy to use as it was previously it's almost as if it has been simplified to the point of just being a click and send app with no way to access the amount of information you could previously. The older version was very intuitive. -what wouldn't you allow an option to keep the older version? It costs us time when you tech companies decide to "update" apps and programs and completely change the product without actually asking the customers permission. I paid to renew the old invoice2go a few months ago and now have a completely different product. Just seems wrong. And also I have spent all yesterday sorting out problems you have caused us because of the glitches on the new app. Thanks just what us small business owners need is more unpaid work!
