“I have not had any issues using ipaytotal. All my deposits have been on time which is very important to our business. When I call they are ore than helpful. I am a COMPLETELY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!!! Thank you so much!!”

“The company iPayTotal has been super responsive to any questions we asked them before we finally joined and since then we have received excellent service and technical support. Now that we are up and running we barely speak to them any longer because everything has been running very smoothly. I was skeptical of the savings they initially told me I could expect but they are real and sustainable.”

“Ipaytotal are scammers. They have a screenshots of a emails says that FCA blocked their activity and that how they don't pay merchant . The screenshots are fake . And the company employees are all of them liers . If you want to work with ipaytotal be sure that money processed through there PSP will stay in there bank account .”

“Promised a lot and delivered nothing. They emailed me every day when we were considering connecting with them. They ask for all payment up front. That should have rung alarm bells. Once we paid our money and connected with them, they never returned our calls or emails. Yes, they have a payment gateway but they hook you up to a merchant provider who declines every transaction. When we asked what was going on we got circular responses that lead to nowhere and now they just don't respond to us. Their payment system has never worked in the 3 months we connected with them. All the positive reviews are fake. I have now talked to two other companies and they were ripped off as well.”

“I can't believe the bad reviews are about the same company. I have had dreadful service from the two previous companies I used. I have received excellent service from ipaytotal. With the exception of weekends money banked one day is in my account the next day.”

“John switched me to ipaytotal and saved my business a huge amount on my card processing fees. They don't charge me any of the extras I used to pay and do all my PCI questions for me for free. I had a nightmare with any other company before as I was being fined £25 a month as I couldn't log in to the system to do all the questions they made me answer, no one helped me with it there. The switching process was really easy and ipaytotal communicated with me the whole way. Their customer support is amazing, nothing is too much trouble and is sorted immediately. I'm really happy and would recommend them to anyone.”

“Excellent company to deal with I was a bit unsure with them being a young company however I have had a great experience and I'm now saving 50% on my monthly merchant bill! The Accounts Manager was very very helpful and has walked me through everything step by step and even came out to install my new terminal. I can't believe there's a company like this that actually cares about their customer's business and how much they save them!”

“I love this company! I had searched through at least 50 other companies, and this one had the best rates. Not only did it have the best rates., but I also have a great account manager, who made everything very simple. I tell people about this at the gas station, the store, etc. I could not be happier. I will continue to give your information out to as many people as I can.”
