“We had a parcel of parts that needed to be shipped to Montana, in USA. I researched IrishParcels and they created a quote. I placed the shipment with them and the process of customs forms and package pickup was very easy. The pkg was shipped on a Monday and my customer received it on Friday of the same week. Quite speedy service!”

“I found the irishparcels website online and wasn't sure if they were reliable. I had an issue with registering my package and phoned the support number. The man whom I spoke to was very helpful and patient. I sent the package to South Korea, and it arrived very efficiently and in good condition. Well done Irish Parcels! I now have some more boxes to send to the USA and Africa, hopefully it will be as good ;).”

“My package was collected during the time stated, Guy was very pleasant and quickly scanned the packet and off he went.. I expected that it would maybe be 2 or so days to get it from Kildare to Galway, as that is the estimated timeframe that was offered, But, to my surprise, the person I sent it to, called me the very next day and said they had already got the package and was unpacking it. so Very Fast Service from DPD. Thank You, Price was great for what I sent, I think it would have been something Ridiculous with Postage, and some others, Im definitely happy with DPD and going through Irish Parcels.ie made the whole booking transaction very easy. Will definitely use again. Well Done to All. Thank You. Margaret ( South Kildare)”

“Excellent service. Booked on line at 11 am Parcel was collected following day before lunch (Friday) and delivered to my sons door in Melbourne the following Thursday. Very good value for money compared to other couriers. Would recommend Irish Parcels one hundred percent.”

“An excellent service. My first time using Irish Parcels and I would happily recommend them. I was struggling to return an iPhone to my daughter in London that she had left here over Christmas. An Post don't post phones and I was struggling to find any courier company that would take it for me. I had a very informative conversation with a gentleman from Irish Parcels who assured me that my parcel was in good hands They had a very efficient booking and customs form that could be filled out online. They collected and delivered on the dates stated. A great company overall.”

“Good for reliable collection and delivery. However, don't offer business / frequent user prices, which is ridiculous. Paid Irish Parcels €18.39 versus €8.50 door-to-door via Parcel2Go/DPD so will revert back to their service once they're up and going again”

Hello, thank you for your feedback and for using Irish Parcels. I can see your item was delivered safely on time. We offer a full door to door service, vs other drop off services. I can also see you sent a large item which would have been more expensive. The competitor that you mention is almost twice the price to send the parcel size to N. Ireland so we are disappointed with your 3 star review when everything was done correctly and at the best price available.

“The main issue is that we can't delete personal data after a period of time and have been told it can't be done for us. This is not in compliance with GDPR”

Hello Angela Crampton, you can request your information removed under GDPR via your account on Irish Parcels or simply by contacting us. We will need to verify your information before we can delete your account and all the information associated with it. This can be done 30 days after your last shipment. We need to hold information for 30 days after your last shipment incase we need to contact you about your shipment. Once your information is deleted we would be unable to contact you. We are disappointed with a 3 star review if there is anything we can do to help simply let us know and we would be happy to do so. We are available via email, phone and livechat.

“Excellent service parcel was picked up Monday and delivered on Tues morning.It was a 4kg package and cost 16 euro to be delivered.I thought this was a bit expensive as it was only going 14 km .The courier was DPD and they are superb”
