“Quality and customer service shocking!!
I ordered a pair of jeans which the zip was broken, i got in contact with them as you have to pay for a return. To which they replied really quickly at first and then stopped replying altogether. i then ordered another pair of the same jeans to which looked completely different to the first pair i had. i understand the colour will not be the exact same but the denim even felt different. As they took so long to reply i got the first pair of jeans repaired to which i had to pay for. i finally got a reply and they have refunded me 20% of the price which is £5 to which i then had to use to send the second pair of jeans back. i feel the customer service was shocking!! refunded me £5 to then have to use it to return stuff to them. i will not be using this company ever again and recommend to AVOID!!! Also not to mention the jeans look completely different to what they do on the website!”
“Ordered a pair of extreme distressed ripped jeans for my birthday party which had big rips all up and down the legs, instead I've been sent a pair of skinny jeans with a small rip on each knee, no where near what I ordered it's an absolute joke and now I don't have enough time to send them back for the ones I wanted so now have to go to my birthday party wearing a pair of jeans I absolutely hate and will ruin my night I can already feel that, please see pics of the difference in these jeans absolutely shocking and not the first time either, last order they sent our wrong pair of jeans and I thought was a one off mistake and have them another chance, now wish I didn't as u don't have enough time or money to buy another pair I like so I've asked for a partial refund as I have to wear them I've no other option so can't send them back after that but feel I should be compensated somehow for ruining my birthday and making me feel like this, seriously how hard is it to pack the jeans someone has picked they've just thrown in any random pair and I literally cried when I saw the difference. I've put a picture of what o ordered then a picture of the ones I received, stayed home all day for this delivery too so excited what an letdown”
“Appalling company. Obstructive ‘customer service’ - hire new employees please.
I received a knife that fell onto me and then my baby who was next to me. Luckily nobody was hurt but when I complained it took multiple attempts to get a response on different platforms. - still no explanation as to how this was sent!
Many friends shared my story on instagram hoping for a response, twitter and Facebook.
3 weeks later a £50 gift voucher was issued. Now I’ve tried to spend it and paid an additional next day delivery £4.99 the items have not been received a week later. When I asked for the postage refund they agreed but only sent £2 back. I had to send my message 3 times as they wouldn’t listen and different people kept responding with the same message I’d just received. Even more frustratingly they did a partial refund trying to be sly hoping I wouldn’t notice only £2 had been refunded. I was also annoyed they tried to ask for a screenshot for proof that it was free 2-5 day delivery on the day of purchase- who does that?!
Eventually they refunded the £4.99.
Now a WEEK later the items haven’t arrived and for some reason I think they’re being obstructive due to my complaint about delivery. So much for next day delivery.
I will categorically never buy from such a shuddy company again. I rarely buy here anyway due to the low quality.

“Honestly couldn't not-recommend a company enough. This review is after I posted on trust pilot and I just found out that because they didn’t like my review ISAWITFIRST reported it and deleted it! So this is what I originally said: The clothes are quality you could get somewhere else, but most importantly their customer service is abysmal. I request help on Twitter and they proceed to have a go at me, for messaging two messages instead of one? This was after my two parcels took a week to arrive when they should have been next day, and they have not even got in contact regarding my refund now I have returned both orders. I have never had a problem like this before and I won't be shopping here again.”
“Ordered a cord set, received a clearly used one. With rips and stains that looked like semen on it. Contacted them to see what they can do, they were completely useless and didn’t even care. Their resolution was that I should return it and buy a new one, which is fine but then they refused to cover the price of posting. So I was expected to pretty much buy something pay for delivery to receive disgusting product to then return it and be expected to pay for delivery again (they also didn’t want to return the delivery cost for when they got it wrong).

“1 STAR IS TOO HIGH!!! absolutely disgusting company from the quality of the product to the unhelpful and lack of customer service! I ordered some trousers that arrived with TWO clear big marks/stains, i emailed and got ignored then provided images finally got a reply but one with no intent to resolve. I sent PROOF of receipt that i returned and after 3 more emails of being ignored have now been told my return was not received so they can’t process my refund. VERY AMATEUR VERY POOR AND JUST A DISGUSTING LEVEL OF SERVICE THROUGHOUT. AVOID!!!!!!”
“Literally worst place ever. I’m so mad I purchased items after the first time. First of all, customer service is awful. They are mean and WILL NOT help you. I got items that were ripped AND stained and when I sent pictures they said they’d give me 20% off—-never responded. Then I was stupid and ordered again for my sister....after 2 weeks of constant bugging they finally told me my package was lost and FINALLY refunded me. They are the worst. Not only that, but the quality of the clothes is horrid. I washed a pair of their knitted trouser on delicate and NO SPIN today because I was so scared to wash them, and yup. Huge hole. They just came apart. After one wash. Those trousers didn’t even look like the picture online as well. Their clothes is SUPER cheap material. They customer service or HORRID. I shopped at missguided and had amazing clothes that were similar to I SAW IT FIRST but actually arrived looking like the pictures, better deals, and the quality is amazing for the price. Save your time and shop missguided instead! I spent so much money at I SAW IT FIRST and I regret it SOOO much!! If I didn’t live in the U.S I would’ve returned everything, but I was too nervous to even give the clothes back with how awful customer service was. They never gave me my 20% off...imagine if I sent the clothes back and never got refunded! They also wanted to CHARGE me for the return!!! Uhg. Just such an awful experience. I can’t say how much I hate that company. They rip people off and I feel are just complete scammers. It’s so disheartening.”
