“Im really really shocked at these poor customers experiences, Iooked at these reviews out of interest, I think its disgusting what all of these customers have had to endure.
Ive only ever had great service, good customer service responses, quick refunds , the next day delivery is hit and miss, but over a good experience .I hope that it doesn't change going forward.

“Very good, first time ordering from this website, read a few reviews and was worried, I ordered on the 13th June and they arrived today (17th june) the clothes are of average quality, the trousers didnt feel the best of quality, but the sizes are great. I got an xl in the oversized tshirt and they fit great.”

“I like ordering from there for hoodies and mainly comfy tops as the sizes come up big and I'm tall, plus it's usually quite cheap.
The infant stitching will forever be a funny problem, if the clothes weren't heavily reduced they would never be worth their full price, sometimes not even the half price. I don't know what kind or m.orrons would go west with their stitching (bright green on a black coat this time) then just send it for packing and what bigger m.orron would just ignore it and send it for shipping anyway. Are they drunk or just left alone with no experience from day 1.”

“Terrible company. I ordered a number of items and returned 17 items of the order as the quality of the clothing was really poor. I revived a refund for only 11 of the items. When I contacted Isawitfirst they told me they had only received 11 items back in the return order. This was a lie so they have the returned items and have also kept my money which they refuse to refund me for. Avoid this company!”
“Quality is hit an miss. They also send you the wrong items and will not fix their errors. Their solution is to refund you 10% of the wrong item cost and tell you to buy the correct item again”
“THE WORST EVER !!!.AVOID !!! Sent jeans back 9 months ago October '22 and NO refund given and NO explanation why !! Rang , sent emails etc did everything can't get a decent response from anyone AND checked my order on the website and it was taken off as if I'd never bought them in the first place ....blank said no recent order... something very badly wrong and they're still trading ..how is this possible ?? “I have emailed them twice this week. I am still waiting for my return label to be emailed to me which I had to pay for. The return portal keeps saying the return label has failed to print and that I need to contact customer service. The customer service is appalling having to talk to a non-existent web-chat assistant that repeats itself constantly is no good. I have not heard or received anything from them in response to my first email. I am extremely disappointed in the service I have received. I need this money back in my account asap! I just need the return label emailed to me, which I didn’t think was difficult to do!”
