“The jacket I bought is perfect. Size fit and style. However delivery to UK an utter nightmare. Import duties added another £50 to the cost of the jacket. Not a good experience at all.”

“Great quality and fit clothing, but sadly since l last ordered from ISTO in 2021 either their ability to deal with post-Brexit regulations or the regulations themselves have changed, resulting in a large and surprising tax bill of around £60 on an order of three T-shirts and a shirt. If I did what others regularly do - shop with unethical fast fashion brands - I could have likely bought all three items in a shop for the import tax amount alone. This change has been poorly advertised, as mentioned by other reviewers. I eventually spotted a few sentences about it in small-sized text ironically at the bottom of an email newsletter about a London pop-up event. As ISTO is a small company with an ethos I really support, it only feels fair to provide a neutral review, but I did feel surprised and annoyed by the situation and will have to think carefully as to whether I can afford to order anything else from ISTO.”

“Fleece jacket was missing in my package - got refunded, which is fine. But there was also no invoice in my package. I've contacted customer service twice. Still no answer! Still can not return the goods, which l don't want to keep. The question to rate the service from yesterday is truly ironic.”

“Great quality items. But UK customers need to beware of additional import taxes (in my case £72 for 4 t shirts on top of the price of the items). Personally I will not be back until this issue is resolved”
