“I want to return the item and don't receive any details to do so nor reply to my contact over email and whatsapp . After a bad review they solved the problem and asked to revise the review so I am giving one extra star :)”

“Disappointed. I ordered Large, but the T-shirts are very slim cut and do not work for me. Also, the photos indicated that they did not have sewn labels in the collar, but one of the three T-shirts had a sewn label instead of printed. I won't order again.”

“Quality of the product good. Order and delivery process was efficient and they appear to have ironed out Brexit issues for UK buyers. Maybe some more thought needs to be given to the product description - in terms of fit (see other comments).”

“Great quality and fit clothing, but sadly since l last ordered from ISTO in 2021 either their ability to deal with post-Brexit regulations or the regulations themselves have changed, resulting in a large and surprising tax bill of around £60 on an order of three T-shirts and a shirt. If I did what others regularly do - shop with unethical fast fashion brands - I could have likely bought all three items in a shop for the import tax amount alone. This change has been poorly advertised, as mentioned by other reviewers. I eventually spotted a few sentences about it in small-sized text ironically at the bottom of an email newsletter about a London pop-up event. As ISTO is a small company with an ethos I really support, it only feels fair to provide a neutral review, but I did feel surprised and annoyed by the situation and will have to think carefully as to whether I can afford to order anything else from ISTO.”
