The service was good but as a not for profit organisation we were disappointed to have to pay an additional £30 (£195) for the annual subscription, when the direct debit payment was £165. This is extortionate .. paying by credit card does cost a little more but certainly not £30 more.

Thank you for your review Ms Lobo i understand that you are disappointed that the direct debit subscription price is cheaper than if you are to do a one-off payment for 1 year. isubscribe are a third party company and the prices on our website are supplied to us by the magazine publishers. Quite often they offer a lower price for a direct debit subscription on the basis that the customer will have the subscription for a long period of time. I am sorry that this option was not as financially viable for your company, and I will take your comments on board. I was very pleased to receive a voucher for magazine subscription for my birthday. I went to the website to select my magazine or magazines, as I had a voucher for £30 but was disappointed in the pricing, I selected my choice then realised because I was paying by a voucher it was £5 more than if I had chosen to pay by direct debit. So instead of chose g two different magazines, I. Oils only have one at the higher price!!

Thank you for your review Ms Donghue Unfortunately gift vouchers cannot be redeemed on a direct debit payment method, this is because a direct debit is an ongoing payment taken directly from your bank by the magazine publishers. I understand that you are disappointed that the direct debt option is £5 cheaper, isubscribe are a third party company therefore the prices that we list are provided to us by the publishers. Easy website, good offers, but too difficult to use £5 vouchers, no welcome gifts for magazines as gifts.

This would exclude payment by ongoing direct debit. If you have a certain type of magazine you were looking for I can focus on this genre. My daughter never received her email on her birthday confirming her present so I will cancel the next 6 month subscription. She's checked all aspects junk spam nothing. So I feel you've really let me down and more to the point her..

I am very sorry that the icard wasn't received, I have just re-sent this now, although I understand this would have been required on the recipient's birthday and I can only apologise that this didn't reach her. Easy to complete subscription, which was a gift. Would have been 5 star if there was ability to choose which month the subscription would start. Accept that there is obviously a necessary delay before subscription begins but feel this could be contained in the start issues offered.

I have contacted Kitchen Garden and the April copy will be posted from the UK on 24th February, they have advised to wait up to 2 weeks from this date for receipt in Spain. Having just subscribed for 12 months (13 issues ) at a cost of £47.00, I noticed that in the March copy there was an offer for 13 issues at £28.99 or 5 issues for £5.00. Why were these offers not shown on the web site when I was subscribing ? Certainly no renewal when this subscription ends.
