The website was easy to use and the price of the magazine was very competitive.

I tried to take out a subscription online to Standpoint. I was unable to. No explanation on the website what the problem was. Most people would have given up. I phoned to get a subscription and was told this was a common problem with the browser. Why not say so, better still why not fix it?

Hi Victor, Thank you for taking time to review us. We are aware of this error but can not pin point the problem, we found that changing the web browser is temporary solution. Our IT team are investigating this hoping to have this resolved in the next few days.

I made 1 order and have been charged twice on my credit card. I sent an email a week ago and have yet to receive any kind of response.....

Dear Mr Dougherty Thank you for your review. I believe you have since spoken to my colleague Gemma and the confusion lay with the fact that with Amazon payments Amazon send you 2 emails; 1 to confirm a payment has been initiated and another to confirm a payment has been taken. I believe this group sold/gave my email address to a vast number of people/sites as I have been inundated with thrash from the likes of mortgage sales to viagra. I am furious and upset to have given my details to the group.

Comag fulfil your subscription and they also do not pass on any customer information. This is highlighted in our company policy and terms & conditions. This is the first email I've received from you . I never received a confirmation of my order or the gift note to add to the person i'm giving the years subscription of House and Graden. The fact I've received an email , does reassure me that the subscription will happen. But this is the first notification I've had .

Easy to use. However, I bought the subscription as a gift and the recipient did not receive the message or email to tell her that I had done so.

Thank you for your feedback. I am really sorry to hear your subscription to The Economist has not yet been received to the recipient. I have contacted the publishers who have confirmed some issues should have been received so I will send you a separate email detailing all the relevant information- I hope this helps!

It was easy to subscribe and the price was discounted. I haven't received any magazines yet so I can't comment on delivery.

As the order was a Christmas present, I requested that a gift notification be emailed to the recipient on Christmas Day, to date that email has never arrived. Why? as this option was available from the drop down list.

Thank you for your feedback. I am really sorry to hear the icard created on the 20/12/16 was not received to the recipient, as requested. I can only assume this may have been a technical fault from our side or the icard was re-directed to her Junk mail, for which we apologize for. I am aware this may be too late to re-send but if you would like to alter the message and have this re-sent, we would be more than happy to do so.

I absolutely love Jacqueline Wilson. I am very satisfied, I live outside the UK and the delivery has always been very fast so far.
