“I mistakenly ordered the wrong tv for our purposes and had to return it to IT Devices on-line. The people there were most helpful and considerate and bent over backwards to streamline the process for me by email and phone. It was very much appreciated at a very hectic and stressful time of year. Thank you again!!”

“I just started ordering from IT Devices this year. They are priced competitively and they have been great to work with, including customer serivce for return/replacement. Currently we get hard drives and RAM for our servers for resale. Shah Deher is our goto!”

“Was looking for a star tech docking station. Unfortunately, their website does not show any distinctions in the versions of USB-A vs. USB-C. So I have given the rating of four stars instead of five.”

“Ron Maqsood took care of my last order and I could not be happier. He processed it right away and shipped it out within hours. I received it even sooner than expected. I have been buying from IT Devices for some time now, and they have the best products and service. Ron is always available to answer my questions and take my orders, even during non-business hours! Thanks IT Devices and Ron!!”

“I paid extra for UPS shipping and it was shipped FedEx. However, the product works great and I’m satisfied with it. The package arrived after the scheduled time by about 1.5 hours.”

“Update. So, I had called and emailed with no response. However, my package did end up coming today. So, the company is still alive lol. Would have been nice though to have some communication so I am not freaking out to whether or not they are legit. Also, the package was supposed to come FedEx and then ended up coming through Amazon. It took exactly 2 weeks for delivery.”

“So they took my money, never sent me a tracking number for the package. When I go to call them a couple of weeks later no one answers the phone. They claim to have great reviews but now I’m thinking I have been scammed.”

“I would not recommend working with this company as I think they are scammers. They seem eager to help and are quick to get back to you when requesting a quote but once I had to talk to them on the phone I wasn't able to talk to anyone that could speak fluent english and they were in a huge rush to just get my CC # and didn't answer my questions. Finally I sent them my CC information and my bank marked my acct as possible fraud. They even went to the extent of calling me ans saying they had someone on the phone from my bank and I needed to authorize the transaction. After the run around we didn't proceed anything further and went else where for our business.”
