“First and foremost, I am extremely hard to fit. Over the years I have spent perhaps thousands of dollars in alterations alone. It just does not pay to purchase suits "off the rack" and have them altered if you are difficult to fit--they may look "okay" but never fit perfectly. So, I was surfing the internet and found itailor.comI had my alteration person measure me, and ordered 9 items. My mistake was not reaching out to ITailor staff first. The items all arrived and were too large. I reached out to customer service immediately and the owner, his name is Bob, hand held me through this entire process including measuring my current "Best Fitting" sport coats, pants and shirts in addition to guiding me through a more detailed method for measuring all parts of my body. The Master Tailor at iTailor.com went to work sending me a revised "test" suit. Then another, now they have the perfection pattern for all of my apparel needs. I cannot thank Bob and the Master tailors and team at ITailor enough for the meticulous attention to detail and great customer service! You simply cannot beat their pricing for Custom Apparel. I highly recommend you follow my steps before ordering, and for the pricing have custom apparel made "so it fits you to perfection!" I am truly a satisfied client! Thank you Bob and Team! Have one suit or items made, you will be thrilled but be sure to measure your body exactly how iTailor instructs you to do so, and also provide them with your best fitting apparel measurements!”

“Custom Three Piece Custom Suit Order placed on June 5 (with the supplement "Rush Order 10 Working Days") Order received on June 15 (on time), The color, the measurements are exactly what I indicated. I had to do with customer service, who listened to me and advised me Ultra-responsive and professional customer service. So a big thank you @Bob and to the whole Itailor team, for your work, the politeness, the speed and the seriousness with which you handled my order. I recommend ! On the top !”

“Best customer service, great quality and value for money Congratulations to Mr Bob, he displayed excellent customer service and did his very best to alter my suits and shirts... now they fit perfectly. Itailor made such an effort to correct a sizing mistake (my measurement mistake) that have my loyalty as a customer. The shirts' fabric feel really nice, the jeans are super comfortable. “Great trousers! Couldn't get my preferred style online but this company did exactly what I wanted at a very reasonable price. The delivery was quicker than expected and overall customer service was very good. I thought I would need to visit a tailor to get what I wanted but I don't need to now.”

“Good website, large variety of cloths available and custom options in order to achieve the perfect shirt at extremely low prices that I haven't been able to find anywhere else. Offer of the week allows the chance to order a shirt in a more expensive cloth for less. Have ordered many times and never disappointed, and I will continue to order again and again.”

“I CANT LEAVE PHOTOS ON THIS SITE OR I WOULD SORRY --- Me again I have i just looked again at these trousers they are so badly made- its unbelievable - almost every measurement is different on each leg . Pockets 1/2 difference in size - not centred. Belt loops not equal THAT IS BASIC STUFF SO THERE IS NO QUALITY CONTROL The pattern cutter is awful. but who ever made them SHOULD NOTICE I have just shown these to friends who were intending to get suits made made but having seen these there getting them in the UK. The shirt maker is CLEARLY not making the trousers . They are GOOD and ordered two more (lets See) TWO STARS BECAUSE----- Bob got back to me very quickly and is remaking them...VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT I WOULD SOONER HAVE THEM DONE RIGHT IN THE FIRST PLACE - Told them not to-do FROG MOUTH pockets are clearly to advanced for them I wont be buying from them again. unless these are perfect .”

“Suits were described as slim fit. They made all the measurements big. The jacket sleeves were way to wide I can fit 2 arms in the sleeve, looks like they used pant legs. The pants were baggy no where close to slim fit. They went bigger on all the measurements. Waist length all big. The jacket feels 2 sizes to big. Don't waste your money. You'll have better results going to Macy's”

“This is my second time dealing with Itailor.com, first was ok but second time, this time, I ordered 5 shirts and 7 suits. They are 3 sizes too big for me. I've contacted them and they requested photos, I sent them photos, they said they would work out the issue. Its been almost 7 month, I have oversize clothes I cannot wear and no sign of anyone in this company that seems to care. Almost $2300.00 later, im stuck. Don't make the same mistakes i made. Buy local where you can return the items if the fit is not correct. NEVER AGAIN!”

“Ordered 2 shirts and took 8 weeks to get to me and once they did the size was way off! I don’t dress like a fashion designer I am willing to put up with slight inaccuracies but the sleeve was like 2 inches to long. The length of the shirt looked like a skirt when not tucked in. Around the stomach could easily have 7-8 inches taken off. The only bit that fit were the neck and shoulders. I will not buy from them ever again and yeah they don’t take shirts back even when you follow their video on how to measure. Don’t bother with this compony your better getting quality shirt elsewhere and pay a little extra instead of throwing money down the drain with ITailor.”

“I used the online tools to take my measurements and then order a completely custom suit. The technology seemed to work fine. When my order was complete, I realized that even with the $100 rush fee the suit would not arrive in time to meet my needs so I immediately cancelled the order through their customer service portal. I received an email stating that the order was cancelled but they have not provided a refund and have been unresponsive to my follow up requests. I would have certainly used their services in the future but not after the theft of funds.”

“irst time used iTailor - Website looks good ( but that's easy to do) - ive had shirts and trousers made in far east before and they are ALWAYS wrong- Went for the cheapest as expecting disaster - PLEASE NOTE -THEIR WEBSITE is very POOR on amount of measurement you can give ( so i expected a disaster) - went for Narrow slim fit trousers and a shirt - Arrived well presented - well made - nice finish- material Good for the price - Shirt as always from the far east FITS- NICE - WELL DONE TROUSERS - as always AWFUL- the waist was good as per size- crutch good- the rest AWFUL- I ordered slim fit trousers STANDARD SLIM are 15ich bottoms - Slim thigh ,knee. etc - i dont understand why i gave measurement of thigh for them to make them 2 inches bigger. They need to be CLEARER and what they are selling eg - THE SLIM TROUSERS WE SELL are 15 inch bottom 18 inch knee - 23 thigh etc or allow YOU to give measurements . I've now complained - and sent them picture of what SLIM - NARROW so ill rereview after that process. I would be very careful in buying anything other than a shirt, unless your not that bothered about what you look like”

“Terribly cut suit, arrived late after paying for 7 day delivery. Had to spend significant amount to tailor and fix all the areas that were so poorly done. Customer service was very poor.”
