I object to paying for the phone calls to place an order and the time taken to speak to customer service which means a more costly phone charge”
“They deliver quickly and there is a lot of choice offered in all departments for all age groups. I never used to order clothing online but on this site the fittings are true sizes i.e. if you order size 16 that is what you get and it fits. Shoe sizes also include an E fitting which is very helpful for older people. The website is attractive and it is easy to find what you want. The accounting service is clear and they also send you regular statements. I receive emails when there are offers so you can access the site quickly and not miss out, there is also online chat if you need help. The home and garden sections are very good with reasonable prices. I have just received a small green garden table, really good price, waterproof, folds away and easily clicks together. I would recommend this site”
“Exploitation. Retailer confirmed they were processing a refund then six weeks later threatened 59% on the item. They declined to take payment on my account again and again, claiming they were refunding me. Three months later they are not taking any responsibility for their exploitative processes and expecting me to pay inflated charges for no product and no service. They have not responded to a single complaint. Systematic abuse of the store card system by them.”

What an appalling experience with customer service!! I was sent the completely wrong item so I went to there site which had an online chat service and I spoke to someone who assured me they would send through the correct items and the wrong items would be collected and I could choose a time slot. I thought great that’s that sorted. A few days past and I was getting worried as I had received no sort of confirmation email or the email to choose my time slot. so I went on again to talk to someone on their online chat service who informed me that the person I previously spoken to had got everything wrong and had lied to me. She said they cannot send items over a request on this chat and although I can have the items collected I cannot choose a time slot or even a day I just have to wait and see when the the person collecting comes (luckily he did turn up this week and luckily my mum was in to give him the items) I was also told I would not get my refund until they had received the items back. After all of the lies and awful service I would strongly advice no one to shop here!!
After all of this I was told I would be sent a complaint form which I have not been sent so I went about writing my own complaint email to them which I have heard nothing back from!! The items I had ordered were eco friendly and claimed to be made from 100% recycled bottles this is inline with everything I believe in and I was pleased with this find the items that turned up had on the label made from 100% polyester this is not what it says it is made from on the website. The confusing part is that the receipt says they are the correct item and they had a funny cut out of the company’s name that they were supposed to have come from in the bag, which seemed very out of place. I believe that these are fake products claiming to be eco friendly and in fact they are not. Either this or they did just send me the wrong item. I would like for this to reach someone in charge as to me it does not seem legit and I would like some sort of explanation.”

“This firm have sent out goods that were not ordered by ourselves and then have sent us an invoice for the same goods, suddenly advising that we have a credit limit unknown to ourselves despite our having contacted them and the goods being picked up, in order to cover their mistake. Fraudulent scammers avoid”
“Cancelled my order after saying it was delayed and failed to inform me after 2 weeks of cancelling, ultimately if they said from the start they could not fur fill my order I could of gone elsewhere. 6 weeks waiting for nothing.”
“Ordered goods on 12/01/20. Arrived 14/01/20. Returned 6 of 8 the items on 24/01/20. However they issued a statement on 25/01/20 so just 11 days after I received the goods and charged me £11.61 interest. Usually pay in full but as the statement didn’t show my returns I paid £40 of the total £83. They said didn’t receive the returns until 30/01/20. Really! It took them 6 days well 5 allowing for package to arrive. But why are they sending out statements 11 days after sending out goods, yeah making money with interest. Been a customer for many years and didn’t realise how much interest they charge. Now closed my account - well done Marisota part of J D Williams”

Rang them again to reorder, rang them 3 days later to check on the order....guess what it's been cancelled again for NO reason. Guess what JD Williams, here's something you can cancel...my account.
