“On a positive note, customer service was always prompt. Negatively, I was not notified until after my first purchase that the "genuine" replacement lamp I purchased for our BENQ projector would only have 50%-70% of the lamp's ideal brightness. Not acceptable. The second time around, the lamp casing would not even fit into the projector! Again, unacceptable. Then the company tried to send 3rd lamp which I did not request. Fortunately, I was able to cancel the order. When I replied that I would purchase directly from BENQ, I was told that I would be buying "exact same lamp at a much higher price." Honest? That may have been so, but the lamp I purchased from BENQ was as bright as expected the very first time around.”
“I ordered a replacement bulb for my Benq ht2150st and installed it. It malfunctioned and burned out under light usage, after about 4 weeks. They sent a replacement. It burned out in a couple weeks also. Emailed them and they said “it’s out of warranty because the first bulb you ordered is past the warranty date” what a laughable company. NEVER BUY from jaspertronics. My last OEM bulb lasted 5 YEARS!!!!! They try to get you to pay to send your projector in to clean it and do a rundown on it ☠️💀😂😂. You can thank me now or regret it later. Stay away from this joke”
“İ bought a projector lamp from jasper tronics, the lamp was not phllips lamp as they advertise, the housing that comes with the lamp is very hard to install and after several attempts you finally installed the lamp and just after two weeks the projector turns off and it shows the lamp is bad. You call them and they say the problem is with the projector. But you explain to them you had no problem before that. But they insist it is your projector. To make sure your projector is not the problem, you buy another lamp from different company and you can see the difference,the housing fit perfectly and projector works without any problem. You call them back with the explanation that projector is working fine and that proves the lamp is bad. They ask you to send the lamp back to be tested. Then they send you another cheap lamp which is going to work another 2 weeks. Their lamps and housing are cheap even if they give you 10 years warranty, you are getting lamp that lasts two weeks and you have the same problem with second and third lamp. İt is not worth it, save yourself from the aggravation , trust me,it is not worth it.”
“Ordered and received the lamp in a timely manner. Bulb lasted a week then died. Called and a tech claimed it was my fault. Claimed I didn't have a proper install, which was a lie. Corrected my pronunciation of Optima, bad mouthed Optima product, wanted me to send my projector to them to pay for repairs. This is a terrible company. Don't use them. This is perhaps the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I will never use them again. They advertise double the warranty, now you know why. I have updated PayPal to a claim and will be contacting Amex asap to void the transaction.”

“one. I ordered the part(that was in stock) Friday at 1:00p.m. Pacific time. I pay the 2-3 day shipping. Didn’t get shipped until Tuesday, so I’m guessing shipping price was a joke. They’ll ship it when it’s convenient. Got it. Next I need to return the item back. They are charging me a 25% stocking fee. I’m like fine. I’ll bit the bullet. Then they don’t want to give me a shipping label because it’s my fault, so I need to pay an additional $25 for shipping. Stocking fee $43.75(25%) plus $25 for shipping, so I’m paying $70.75 to return a item. Please people. Read the fine print. I’m not planning on buying from them. Besides the return being a nightmare. Them not being honest about shipping the replacement 5 days later. Because they decided to leave early Friday or my guess is that they simply didn’t care. My replacement lamp hopefully gets here by this week. Who knows with this company. I could be over emotional but they sure make me feel like it’s your fault. I only ask. Please admit when your wrong. “Jaspertronics was the ONLY online seller that offered the ORIGINAL equipment bulb for my 73" Mitsubishi DLP. (Variable 150 to 180) They shipped the bulb out the next day via U.S.P.S. for a reasonable price and it arrived in three days. The bulb exactly matched the old one and works perfectly. My big screen ins back in service and the picture is better than ever! Didn't realize how much the old bulb had degraded.”
