I bought a lapis necklace. The stones were more gray than blue. Very poor quality for the price. Not at all like what is shown in their sales picture. I feel cheated.

I ordered for 2 necklace sets and 2 kadas to match the sets on 27th Feb. It’s 7th April today. I still have not received one of the necklace set. Without it, one of the kada is just useless. And customer service keeps giving the spin that they are escalating it to the concerned team! 40 days and still waiting!

I purchased a silk outfit from jaypore online , I received a dupe and threads coming out . I reached right away to complaint for refund and returns . They are asking me to pay for Return and restocking . Item was under free returns if in original packing and tags attached .

Don't buy expensive jewellery !!!!! I had ordered a bangle from them. Poor quality and don't fit. Size is very small.They have no return policy on jewellery items. Don't buy valuable gold and silver from them. Showed it to branded silver shop they said I am being looted. As 6k worth bangle has actual worth of 1.5k. They are not replacing damaged item, which is misfit , quality is poor. Don't buy from them. Be aware !!!!!!

I ordered 3 Kurtas, 2 weeks before Diwali. The shipping time said 2 weeks. I am based in Dubai. It was delivered 7 weeks later !!! None of the products matched the pictures and were priced extremely high for the kind of quality delivered. I decided to return one of them as that kurta was terrible and unwearable. I wrote to them and they said, I need to ship it back at my own expense. Not only that, I they will also deduct some re stocking fee of $9! This company isn’t geared at all for the online world and I would never ever buy again from them Also, they have no Google reviews or ability to post customer reviews on their website. This should be a red flag for anyone who is planning to buy (if the no. Of negative reviews aren’t already!) I wouldn’t recommend this website even to an enemy Horrible!

I am interested in buying cushion covers in bulk. I get in touch with them and they offer me 10% discount. At the same time I see 15% discount being offered to first time buyers as well as 20% off on one of the items I need. All in all, terrible customer service by not getting back to me in the 48 hrs they promised. To add to that, the discount model for 72 pieces is flawed. They don't believe their customers are intelligent enough to understand this? Didn't expect this from a Aditya Birla company.

I ordered 2 waistcoat from jaypore around 2 weeks back...prepaid of course....no mail no message and no update ....not even tracking number....the site doesn't allow sign in, even with Google credentials....their phone number on the official site doesn't work....they don't respond to mails .... I am now sure that their products are as pathetic and lacking in quality as is their enterprise....it's sad to see them swindling people especially during the festive season....the owner should be tried and put behind bars.... I urge all to absolutely never use jaypore...let us all stand against these crooks

I placed an order for a Silver tone tribal choker necklace on the 30th of September'22. The item was to be delivered within 10 business days. I got the item after repeated phone calls and emails only on the 25th of October'22. This item was meant as a gift for Diwali and I received it only after Diwali causing anxiety and embarassement. In case Jaipore had problems delivering the item ,they should have emailed me about the delay and found out what I wanted to do. No such thing was done amd I find this approach very unprofessional.

Delivered candle stand with manufacturing defect that too after much delay than what was mentioned on the website. Even after repeatedly posting images of the damaged product they refused to acknowledge and said the item was not returnable. In the first place why cheat the customer by sending a damaged product. We check on the website and order how are we supposed to know about the defect.

For my order they kept the delivery date after 15 days. Later when I called, they said one item is cancelled and the other one they need to remake. They are also not concerned about customer experience or review. Don't buy from them
