“Regreting myself to order kurta online,as customer service is pathetic,they dont even bother to update about product what we ordered is dispatched or not,what they are more interested is to get your money transferred to their accounts thats it,dnt ever buy from this brand or site.”

“Zero Star Rating. I have been extremely excited to shop with Jaypore. I am a very patient shopper. I am extremely particular about my products hence I take months to select them. As a result I place bulk order which has a huge...cost. I finalised Jaypore jewellery, cutlery, cake stand, tissue holder, knives & much more... Anyone who has been on this site would know that products are heavily priced & atleast 12 days + delivery. But they are so unique & beautiful that I didn't mind spending huge amount of money + waiting. Thankfully, I went to the reviews before placing my order. Very very very...disappointed. Omg...this site has been such a waste of my time & energy. Now, I won't even spend a single Rupee on them. Also, I want to thank all the customers who took out time from their busy schedule to write their reviews. "Saved my life".”

“I ordered 3 Kurtas, 2 weeks before Diwali. The shipping time said 2 weeks. I am based in Dubai. It was delivered 7 weeks later !!! None of the products matched the pictures and were priced extremely high for the kind of quality delivered. I decided to return one of them as that kurta was terrible and unwearable. I wrote to them and they said, I need to ship it back at my own expense. Not only that, I they will also deduct some re stocking fee of $9! This company isn’t geared at all for the online world and I would never ever buy again from them Also, they have no Google reviews or ability to post customer reviews on their website. This should be a red flag for anyone who is planning to buy (if the no. Of negative reviews aren’t already!) I wouldn’t recommend this website even to an enemy Horrible!”

“So last week I placed order for two items a necklace and an earring from Jaypore.com. My initial payment via paypal did not go through so then I paid with my cc and it went through. Within minutes I get an email saying act immediately or your order will be cancelled so this time the link directed me again to the paypal payment method and I thought it probably did not accept my CC so I then paid again with my paypal account and this time it took it but the the main issue was my paypal for some reason had my former address and contact info and the shipment went to my former address. I almost immediately caught the blunder on spot after processing my payment. I sent an email, a whatsapp message requesting cancellation (mind you all within 24 hours after placing order) and even tried calling but no effective response. Next day they tell me they have shipped the necklace to my former address and cannot process refund and I need to collect it from my former address. I live in the US and if any one knows the cities here are pretty far apart and I certainly won't be traveling all the way to collect my less than $50 piece of jewelry. I requested them to contact the shipment people to hold off but they did not. They did not stick to the cancellation within 24 hour rule that they so claim on their website. And they took my payment twice without any assurance of refund. And the staff I am corresponding with almost sounds like a bot and is extremely unhelpful. I love the items in Jaypore.com but this unprofessionalism and not very customer friendly attitude is not too encouraging for me to shop there again. Especially as an international customer with the time lag I wish they waited 24 hours before shipping items that could potentially be requested for cancellation. Very disappointed with the customer service more than anything.”

“I agree with all the reviews that their shipment department really needs a revamping. I can’t imagine such a huge store having a pathetic logistics. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. I am writing this review so that others would be warned before hitting the place the order button!!”

“Pathetic customer service ..I had ordered a kurti for some reason I was asked to wait for 5 days and later on received an e-mail saying can't full fill order and initiated my refund which took almost a month when I did chat with their agent name Jaspreet and asked him is your site legit then he does not even know about legit mean and was asking again and again elaborate your query ..Pathetic ..be aware ....or else you will be regret.”

“The pictures shown are v attractive but twice it has happened with me that your quality is very average n very highly priced. v average quality # highly priced # cannot trust the attractive pictures # think twice before placing an order # v disappointing # will never recommend anyone # beware ppl # misleading site”

“Their sizes are pretty messed up if you are buying dresses or tops be very careful. Plus they do not exchange if there is any issue with the size. Its their policy as they say. Why would a customer want to go through the process of waiting for refund and place order again for different size. This will help you loose your customers i hope your management can understand. I ended up giving away my dress as their size 'S' was equal to 'M-L'. strange.”

“I ordered 2 waistcoat from jaypore around 2 weeks back...prepaid of course....no mail no message and no update ....not even tracking number....the site doesn't allow sign in, even with Google credentials....their phone number on the official site doesn't work....they don't respond to mails .... I am now sure that their products are as pathetic and lacking in quality as is their enterprise....it's sad to see them swindling people especially during the festive season....the owner should be tried and put behind bars.... I urge all to absolutely never use jaypore...let us all stand against these crooks”

“This is a fraudulent website. I bought a woollen rug for Rs. 8000. What I got was a coir mat worth no more than Rs. 1500 at most. On informing Jaypore, there was no return or no refund. They said they were sorry. And that "sorry" cost me more than eight thousand bucks!”

“I wish I had read the other reviews before ordering from Jaypore. I ordered 4 items in mid Nov and by mid Dec, none of them had arrived. Despite chasing them, they could not locate my deliveries. When I tried to cancel my order, they miraculously found 2 of my orders and dispatched it on that day. I am still waiting for the last item and it is now the 2nd week of jan. I’ve never had to wait nearly 2 months for online orders. Customer service is very poor and quality of products is not worth the price they charge.”

“Taking customers for a ride!! Placed order for four items on November 8. One item is still pending. Excellent collection with worst service. They accept orders and payment but will not give a date of delivery. First they say 18 working days, then they say exclude weekends, then they say when product is ready it will be dispatched.”

“They don't have exchange policy and their size chart is way off from original sizes. Pathetic customer service. No politeness at all. My mom bought a kurta from jaypore online and she got oversize peice. Now jaypore is saying they don't have exchange policy and I should throw it or burn it. Suggestion dont buy anything from jaypore they will not give entertain you after delivery if your product, also u can see very rude behaviour of their staff, worst customer executive staff i have ever seen .”

“Pathetic customer service. All they tell you is lies about your order. Customers beware.. do not buy anything from Jaypore. If you are wanting a headache then you can place an order here. They sent me a email stating that the refund had been processed and would reach my account in 7 days but when I called today they told me that the refund was processed yesterday. A bunch of crooks and liars.”

“Extremely obsolete and personalized customer services . Its an upmarket place and quite pricey . However the services are worse than any i have ever experienced . I bought something for Diwali and got a discount of rs.1500/- as the bill was more than 10,000/- . However the next day when i wanted to change the size ( All labels intact and unworn piece ) they asked me to return the discount !!!!! How Bizzare is that !!!! Hope i never get so desperate for shopping that i have to go . back there !!!! Very very poor experience indeed . Terrible terrible !!!”

“Avoid at all costs. You end up paying an additional customs price of over £100 pounds as they send each package separate. Each package costing between 30 to 40 pounds. Terrible sizes and took over a month for delivery. Huge shipping fees from the company.”
