“Good website, easy to order, case arrived in a few days and no shipping charge. We live in an area with limited kosher wines so saves a lot of driving around and shopping. You can buy several different wines to make a case. That way you can find good ones and many at reasonable pricing. Also have found the customer service responsive if any questions or issues.”

“I placed an order for a case of wine and it never arrived. After 2 weeks I emailed the company and they said the order was refused. There was noone home to refuse it. I asked to have it reshipped and assumed they would do so. After another week, I contacted them again and they said the order was cancelled and if I want a refund there would be a 15% restocking fee. I am never using this website again and hope noone else does either. Their customer service is less than terrible.”

“Excellent products, fast delivery, good prices and wonderful sales. Many small Israeli wineries are represented which you will not find at your local store. I take advantage of free delivery by purchasing wine by the case (you can mix brands in the case). I can't think of a better way to enjoy great wine, enhance your seudot, and support Israel at the same time.”

“only 1 of 2 cases ordered was delivered. multiple people spent hours on the phone trying to track the missing case. 3 visits were made to a UPS holding facility where we were told the case was being held. kosher wine said they were on top of it, but obviously not”

Hi Bini, Im sorry for the frustration involved in trying to locate the missing case. It looks like the cause of the trouble with UPS was a faulty zip code put down when the order was made. We did try our best to locate the package with UPS, and it is our displeasure that it got lost at their facility. Again, we did try to get to the bottom of the situation moments before Shabbat came in, and it is our dissapointment that UPS could not find it.

“My first experience with you all was great. My second experience was not so great. My second time ordering from you all, I get an email stating that the order was delayed. I understand things happen. But it has been almost a week since I made my order plus I got the three day shipping. I was offered to have the shipping and handling credited back to my account. I responded in an email for that to happen and it still has not happened yet. I would love to get my wine as soon as possible. If not then I need all of my money back. Thank you!”
