We live kosher wine.com; however, on this order we ordered an assortment of sweet wines but received some dry wines instead of all sweet wines. We will try them and maybe like them but hoping next time this won't happen.

The selection and price are good but the company can do more to educate first time buyers on the rules of alcohol delivery (you need an adult available during the day to sign for the package) and what to do when things don't work (i.e. there is no adult and a solution with UPS needs to be figured out). Getting the package delivered to work or to have it re-routed to a UPS access point may work. In the end KW made it right and got me my package.

I love kosherwine.com and use you for most all of my wine needs. I was disappointed, however with the 6 pack of white wines you sent me. It was advertised as a mystery pack with some wines showed that may have been included in the pack. When the mystery six pack arrived, I excitedly unpacked it and found some of the least expensive white wines sold by Kosherwine.com included. Not to say they are bad wines, I just expected something more unique. I won't try that selection again.

No Notification of when shipping would be, right up until 4 days before chag. Made me nervous. Website said "call this number for order questions" - telephone number not working. Not professional. Would not use unless you are comfortable not knowing when your shipment arrives and that you have a month's buffer of time. Wines, though, were as advertised

I had my wine delivery sent to me at work. The guy in our shipping dept. who received the delivery told me that the bottom of the box was in danger of opening up when he received it and he had to reinforce it with tape. Also, considering the weight and bulk of the box it would have been very helpful if you could have used a box with two ovals cut out of the sides to make it easier to carry. Also, I appreciate your sending me an email with a tracking # but the email should also remind me which shipping service you are using so I know which web site to use in order to look up the tracking #.

The wine is excellent 5 stars. The service not up to expectations. It took 8 days to ship my wine after it was ordered, though I was told via live chat it would ship two days previous, and it arrived a couple of hours before Passover, a miracle, since UPS is known to deliver to us at the end of their shift, because we are on the way back to the shop. So that averages out to 3 stars. But we did receive a discount on our order so it could bump up to 4 stars some day in the future.

To whom it may concern: We did receive our wine on time however we were under the impression that it would be wine from Israel not from a variety from other countries.

The wines I ordered for the (first) seder were fine; the only problem was that they arrived so late that I had to buy other kosher wines in the event that they arrived too late!

The red wines are great. However, I was given a sweet wine and four whites in a requested all red box?? Sorry but I didn't open the box until yesterday and have some disappointing reactions.

The shipping was strange. I bought 24 bottles and instead of two cases, it was split in 15 bottles and 9 bottles and instead of the bottles being stored on their side they were standing up. Weird and the box with 15 bottles was very heavy and bulky. Jeff Addess

Ordered a case of wine 3/9/16. Still haven't gotten it. no tracking number, no explanation for the delay, nothing. Same thing happened first time I ordered. Selection excellent, far better than Total Wine, which is the only reason for the average rating and my continued business.

Well I typically like the wine you send, but our most recent order was supposed to be delivered last week and it was damaged in transit. I went to check the tracking number after getting a notification that it was out for delivery but never delivered, and saw the note about the damage. That was 5 days ago and I was hoping I'd have received some sort of message or outreach by now with a new estimate ship and delivery date. I am trying to coordinate with family who is receiving the box, and I need to make sure someone will be there to receive it. Thank you -

Kosher wines are good until I got a 12case and nine of my bottles were spoiled. I requested to ship it back or get refund or replacement. I was advised they would send me a label that I haven't received. I chatted and called &''twas advised that this Purim season they are busy. I am w/o wine and refund:-( Still waiting day 4

I didn't get the wine when I should have. I gave a shipping address and a P.O. box that I get mail at. I had to respond to an email from a staff member telling me they couldn't ship to a P.O. box!!! Kinda really irked me due to trying to get it in a timely fashion. I didn't get to my email until after a couple of days. Just disappointed that staff didn't get the physical address and P.O. box with out getting confused.

Nathaniel, Thanks for taking time to provide us with feedback. I'm sorry if you were expecting to receive your shipment sooner than it was delivered. I'd like to clear up a couple misunderstandings. The order was placed on February 20th at 11:05 PM - after business hours, and we did process it quickly the following business day (February 21st). As per our website http://www.kosherwine.com/shipping/ it takes 4 business for the shipment to be delivered. The tracking shows that your package was safely delivered on February 27th - the earliest possible delivery time to your location based on the time you placed the order. The email sent to you was a courtesy email notifying you that we would be shipping the wine to the physical address you provided, since we have had problems in the past with customers unknowingly sending their packages to a PO box . We know how important it is for you to get your wine on time and we want to deliver. In the future, you can contact us before placing your next order, our friendly customer service staff will be happy to provide you with the expected delivery date and offer expedited shipping options if you need the wine sooner.

Wnes arrived on time and prices were reasonable. However, I was not happy with the packaging. The bottles are not secure in groups of 3 but rather stand upright as a group of 12 and there is too much movement. They are not secure enough and I will likely not purchase again from this vendor.

I understand your concern with regard to the security of the bottles and how it is different from the way we used to pack. The new material and way of packing, however, was advised to us by the wine industry as the best way to pack, and was tested and verified by industry experts. Please let me know if there is anything else we can respond to, or any help you may need.

The wines themselves were fine, though some were on the tail end of drinkability before they got too old. The real issue was the delivery. I live alone and work in New York City (and live in New Jersey). The wines were shipped through UPS and I almost did not get them since I don't get home until 6:15ish at the earliest. UPS showed up twice at about 4 pm, and would not agree to drop the package at the local UPS store because the shipper required a signature of somebody 21+. UPS offered to reroute to my office but there was no way I could get that package through the subway and onto an interstate bus. UPS said they'd have the driver come by after 6, but he consistently showed up at around 4. Fortunately, on the final day-the Friday before Rosh Hashanah-I was able to get a friend to stay in my apartment until uPS ahowed up. But the delivery was such a headache that it is just not worth the hassle to order again. If there were other delivery options or I could at least have it rerouted to the local ups store, I probably would reorder, but until that's assured there's no point.

Hi Joshua, Thank you for taking time to give us feedback. I'm sorry to hear that the delivery process caused more hassle than you should have to deal with. Unfortunately, the adult signature is required by law, and something we have to work with/ around. The good news is there is a way to make this easier, by signing up for UPS Mychoice once you are issued a tracking number. This will let you choose a time frame during the day to specify delivery. You can also have it sent to a nearby UPS store, which makes me wonder why UPS refused to reroute it there. In the future, if you are having any issues with delivery, please reach to us, as we the shippers, have more leverage when working with UPS.
