Like to thank JD Sport for their excellent staff and assistance. Bored with grey dull sports wear I enquired if any gender neutral wear was available I was soon directed to far more colorful sports leggings and mesh tops. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. I purchased leggings and unisex mesh bra tops. I wear these at the gym and get admiring glances of both male and female members. I attend the gym in bright rather than dull colours with a new found confidence. Plus very comfy a good price and wash well Well done JD

Delivery - Slow

But this was ridiculous also got asked to pay for delivery till the manger came over and said they would pay for it .

Checked online, a delivery attempt had been made but no note (it was from UPS).

They use the delivery service provided by evri and they keep messing my orders up so I now refuse to order online at JD Sports until they use a different delivery service

Returns Process - Difficult

You then need to find a UPS drop off! Over 4 weeks later after a number of phone calls no returns label, after a number of promises.

Their system conveniently doesn't allow to do ANYTHING but returns/refunds.

worlds the manager said he would let them off this time as a gesture obviously the trainers had been delivered to another customer 1st and they returned them then the staff dealing with returns did not inspect the trainers at that point and they were sent out again and this poor client with a disability has been blamed for the soiled goods.

Phoned customer services, automated process sends me a link to a label, error page not found.

Canceled my order one minute after it was placed. Waited 46 mins to speak to someone when I called customer service; not helpful at all. The payment was still processed but was not given an explanation about why the order was canceled. Do not order here.

Getting in touch with customer service will take HOURS, and each time you reach someone they will let you know they need to research and get back to you in 3 days, which they never do, so the cycle starts over.
