She lied about all her products. She claimed to have made them and she bought everything and put her own label on them. Very bad business ethics.

I love the #5 foundation in the cream. It’s the perfect shade I am trying to find it again. I need more of it. It goes on so smoothly with a brush or a sponge.

Everyone don't know what jennifer has been going through I used to buy her Probably She was always very sweet and always right on top of things If my Shae did not match when it got here, she was quickly to send me the Correct, one people go through things in life. I haven't been buying it lately simply because my 39 year old son died of a spider bite and Mercer that got into his wounds and it crushed me. 4 months later, I lost their daddy. I was so crushed. And financially until I got Thanks Jade. I could not afford anything extra and I have missed her Her makeup is specially the 4 in 1 camera ready. She is a sweetheart. I wish people would quit matching. Her company when I Was purchasing makeup 3 years ago was a one, right I want to spot. Very, very Quickly to I have been panicking. Dude to the fact that I cannot find the camera ready makeup And her people we all know. Most people that have makeup companies have Chemist Quite often of times they are involved It is some of the development, but most of the time they are the front face. That's in every makeup company, but she is so very sweet and quick to help give people a break. A lot is going on right now in this world. I love you, Jennifer. My little granddaughter is the one that made a video for you, Isabella. I 'm not sure you would remember now. But she was 5 years old. And She will to get in my makeup she loves jennifer bradley's makeup After that video I lost her daddy and it broke my heart. But how can do you still have the camera? Ready? Make up the point one. Make up The 4 in 1. Sorry for the mistakes in my writing I am. Using voice to text. People don't be so harsh on people everybody goes to hard times

I have been using the Jennifer Bradley four and one foundation. It is the best thing since sliced bread. I have spent and wasted so much money on other brands but nothing compares the coverage I get with this Jennifer Bradley number six.

I’m a former customer of Jennifer Bradley’s skincare & cosmetics. I started off thinking I was a woman supporting a woman who custom formulated all her skincare products among other things. Turned out, she was a fraud. She lied, the majority of her skincare was white label products that she just put a label on or over a hot stamp of the original company. I know there’s tons of people who do this, and that’s perfectly fine. But those individuals/companies don’t go on video and say it’s their custom formula they worked on for years and with their private chemist in labs. She was very deceitful, manipulative and when you try to ask her about it, or post your honest opinion she blocks you and bans you from anyone else seeing the truth. She had bullied so many woman into removing reviews, comments etc. She still to this day even though she has closed her doors, will say her 4 & 1 foundation was hers. Well, it wasn’t. I found it and purchased it as well as others have, it was custom formulated by Kurt Tauss of Make Up Center NY. Very untrustworthy and deceitful. She’s now the spokesperson for Clientele’s Skincare & Beauty line - no thanks. Not quite sure how a company of so many years can bring her on to be their spokesperson knowing what’s she’s done, and continues to do.

I had in the past purchased her product she had a video explaining her foundation covers blotchy red skin and the foundation has ingredients that not harmful to the skin The JB sells other products for skin correction. I had order a foundation 6 weeks ago and reached out numerous times and got a response back stating they were going to send it out March 27 2023 with tracking and they were to refund. NOTHING has be done.

Jennifer Bradley skincare was a horrible company with horrible skincare that RUINED my skin. I started using her products because of rosacea, and ended up with HORRIBLE acne , and it made my rosacea WORSE not better. I'm embarrassed to even go out of my house now. She's also been known to pay for reviews ( she did with me, she gave me free make up). So I wouldn't trust ANY of these good reviews. She's now the spokesperson for Clientele beauty. I hope they cut ties and RUN before she ruins their company too, just like she did her own... I wouldn't want someone with a record like hers representing my company if I had one

My concealer arrived melted. I contacted the company by email and sent pictures of the melted product and Jennifer called me directly. She apologized and said she would replace it and after waiting a month and nothing, I contacted her again a few times with no email response. I then sent another email saying it was unacceptable service and she quickly called me and said she was sorry and that she would mail it out this time. Now it’s been an additional 6 weeks and nothing yet. I gave her four months to correct this and now i had no choice but leave a bad review and I will ask her for a refund. Very bad quality and bad customer service.

Hello Raquel, I am so very sorry that your concealer arrived melted, and that we were not quick to handle this issue. One of the issues that we have had that has affected customer service poorly is that our email was compromised at one point, and I did not see hundreds if not thousands of emails that were sent directly to me. We have updated the contact information for clients to message us directly to our online chatbox at www.jenniferbradley.com where you will get much faster service, and our conversations are saved for future reference. If we don't answer right away, you will get a resolution within 24 hours. I issued you a refund, and all I can say is how very sorry I am that this slipped through the cracks. Our business has been going through incredible changes (so many for the better) but also through growing pains that I wish I could have turned back time to erase, however, they were completely and totally out of my control as a business owner. All I can say is thank you for being a client, and I hope that when the dust settles, and our business climbs back to the top, as we absolutely will, you will message me on my website, and I will be more than happy to offer you a free foundation on me. Processing and handling is very slow. When you contact JB there is always an excuse for your order/orders not shipping in a timely manner. If a product is out of stock it should be updated as such on website and app. That way out of stock items can’t be purchased. Other than those problems I mentioned above her products have helped my skin. Handling and processing time is unacceptable!!

We are most likely going to be announcing something major tomorrow that will change our shipping/handling/processing times for the BEST. There are truly wonderful things coming to our business, and again, I am so sorry for slow shipping/handling/processing times. It has been unbelievably difficult to find reliable help, but we are about to be working under the umbrella of a global skincare lab that will ship out every order FAST. I ordered the products on 12/28/22. For many days I would reach out to their chat room and inquire as to where my shipping information is. I was given excused that JB was hacked and robbed, and her chemist fell ill. All the while she kept promising my order would ship “tomorrow.” Eventually she ghosted me and was no longer replying. Concerned, I sent one last message to ask if I’d been scammed. Within minutes I was given a refund. I did not want a refund, I wanted the product and for JB to uphold some professionalism and transparency of which I received none. Tomorrow is 2 weeks since my purchase and I’m just now resolving. I don’t know what is going on with this company but it is safe to say I feel as though she could care less about my needs and wants as a consumer and I of course will never be retuning, good luck JB, hope whatever is going on for you personally gets figured out.

Hello Carla, This is Jennifer Bradley. I just have to sincerely apologize for the issues with your order. There are some things that businesses cannot control, and when you placed your order was right when yes, we had over $40,000.00 stolen from our bank accounts, by someone pretending to be Paypal. We were what is referred to as "spoofed." Our business bank accounts shut down, which completely hindered our ability to work, do shipping, or even have a peaceful Christmas for that matter. I know no one wants to hear "excuses" and I wrote a very heartfelt, truly apologetic email regarding this issue on Christmas Eve. There are some things that are completely out of my control, and as we have so many customers, it has been almost impossible to reach out to every single one personally to fix any issues, but I have really done as much as I can to do just that. I care so much about your needs, and for every single one of my clients' needs, which is one of the reasons that my company has been so successful over the years. If you knew what we were fighting against behind the scenes, you would know how much I love this business and love our clients. We are currently in court fighting the good fight for this company so that we have legal protection against anyone who wishes to do hurt our business intentionally in any way. If I did not care, I would have just given up, thrown in the towel, as we have been fighting an invisible enemy for over two years in silence. If you knew exactly what was going on, you would understand. I am so sorry that my actions made you feel as if I did not care, but it is quite the opposite. I highly recommend that when the dust settles, and all of this is over that you reach out to me. I will be more than happy to accommodate you and send you product on me to make this up to you. I have been using the 401 foundation for several years and love it! However, this last time that I ordered I realize the product is half the size but more expensive. I guess I need to find a new foundation.

I was absolutely not happy with my order this time . The shade was too dark and it came in a cheap refill package, not a real compact. I will not be ordering again
