FALSE DELIVERY INFORMATION EVEN THO I PAID £9 FOR "EXPRESS" DELIVERY. NO PHONE CONTACT OR EMAIL WHAT SO EVER TO REPLY TO MY MESSAGES. NEEDED MY ITEM BEFORE MOTHERSDAY AND UPON CHECK OUT IT SAID IT WOULD ARRIVE AROUND 12TH MARCH. AND DONT EVEN USE COVID AS AN EXCUSE THEN WHY SAY 12TH MARCH? AND IF OTHER COMPANIES CAN DELIVER BESPOKE ITEMS WITHIN A WEEK THEN HOW COME JEWLR CANT? ABSOULTE STUPID COMPANY. WILL NEVER USE THIS AGAIN. THANKS FOR MAKING THIS MOTHERS DAY A DISASTER....
