“Ordered some shoes from JJsHouse. They arrived on time, but weren't the size advertised and were thus very tight; however, I was compelled to keep the shoes after calculating it would cost considerably more for me to return them. I left a constructive 2-star review on the shoes on their website, but to my bemusement, they removed it. Thereon, I lost respect for JJsHouse and decided not to order from them again. I don't support companies that gate-keep and police customer experience like that, in order to maintain an illusion of a perfect service. It's very underhand and deceptive, and it essentially obscures potential customers' understanding of all aspects of a company, including areas of improvement. No company is perfect. I only wish JJsHouse was humble enough to realise that.”

“My hat arrived screwed up in a small box and was unable to make it look anything like the photos on the website. I'm in a battle to get a refund. Have been offered vouchers minus cost of postage. Although they have now agreed to refund I'm still awaiting the return slip after continually asking and therefor I can't send it back and get the refund. I wonder if I ever will.”

“JJsHouse is a wonderful company to deal with. I have ordered gowns for a granddaughter's wedding September 2023, another granddaughter for next July getting married. You can coordinate husbands ties and pocket hankies to match you gowns. If lucky enough shoes are good also. I have ordered 4 clutches so beautiful receive many compliments for various ocassions. Most of all the SALE clothes. I ordered 1 beautiful blush long sleeve beaded dress and a pant set with rhinestones pin at shoulder and only spent $100.00, a Real Deal. I will order again. I am a cruiser so like to have a good deal and look pretty. Quality of the items can't ask for any better.”

“I purchased a tea lenght dress, purse and 2 bracelets from JJ's House for a wedding this past weekend...7-9-23. I cannot tell you how easy it was to deal with this company. Any questons I had were answered immediately. The dress I ordered was a few sizes bigger then I needed but had to because of my waist size. I had it altered locally. My normal size is a 10 but had to order a 16W...no big deal. The dress was delivered in less than 2 weeks and the purse and bracelets were delivered within a week. I will order from them again.”

“I would NEVER order anything from this company! I carefully read the return information and it clearly stated returns were possible on stock items. So I ordered 2 dresses in different sizes because their sizing seemed very off. Just stock sizes from the website. I did NOT order a custom size, which is what they said was non-returnable. I received an email telling me I could not order 2 dresses and return 1 because they are made to order and to only order 1. After emails going back and forth and not being assured I could return the 1 dress if it did not fit, I cancelled the entire order and ordered FOUR dresses through Amazon and returned 3. LOVE the dress I got on Amazon. JJs return policy on the website should list CORRECT information to avoid wasting so much time!!!”

“Such a hassle to get a refund. Dress nothing like website. I was warned about how bad this website was and I should have listened. 90 euro down the drain. Such a costly effort to send back. Planning a wedding like most customers. I don’t have time or money to be v dealing with complicated returns.”

“Thieves. The dress was never delivered it's been a few months I tried to contact them there's not even a number I can call I could only text them and they said oh I better go find out who delivered it! (They couldn't even tell me who delivered the dress) this was supposed to be for my parents funeral in Arlington Cemetery Washington DC. There is a reason why I never order anything online and I'm absolutely disgusted. I am going to buy American for now on and I am going to try to find every way to warn people about these thieves at "JJ's".”

“My son is getting married on January 21st 2023. I found so many lovely dresses on JJ's House that I wanted to buy. I eventually settled for one and ordered and paid for it. All my friends told me it would take AGES for the dress to arrive - but it was here within two weeks. I am SO impressed. The fit is great and the material is gorgeous. I cannot wait to wear it. I feel like a million dollars when I put it on. I will definitely be shopping on this website again - for all special occasions. Thank you so much JJ"s House.”

“This was my first time purchasing from JJsHouse and I am more than satisfied and even look forward to an occasion to purchase another beautiful dress. I purchased three tailored dresses. Customer service worked diligently with me to insure the measurements were right before the tailoring was done. When they arrived they were so much more beautiful than what you could see on the internet. They were actually just stunning!! I thought the price was more than reasonable and the delivery was well within what they told me. They were packaged very well. I did have to return a shawl because the color was not quite what I was looking for. Again, customer service was so helpful in offering several options to return the item and obtain a refund. I cannot say enough how happy I am all the way around with the products, customer service and with the return/refund process.”
