“If I could give a zero star I would. I was a keen and constant buyer until I had an issue that is. 2 of my parcels went missing at the same time. I contacted customer care( if you can call it that ) and advised them that my parcels hasn’t been received and to refund. They sent me two sets of tracking details they sent me also shows they have not been delivered. All they said was yes the orders have been dispatched despite me telling them that they have not been received and there is a problem. Tried again to contact them the next day and was told items haven’t been dispatched?! So the tracking on my orders are fake ?! Anyhow this experience has put me off for life and will be contacting my card company for a charge back and will not order from these cowboys again such a shame Katie has her name to this sham of a company.”
“Do not order from here, take your money and don’t send items. And then ignore all correspondence. Customer service is a joke. No direct number and only left with social media avenues to pursue disputes which go nowhere.”
“Purchased 3 pairs of wedges, when they arrived the quality was not satisfactory. The wedges looked cheap and badly made. I returned the wedges within the 14 days policy. No refunded given after a month of waiting. No reply to any of my emails or Facebook messages. I opened a paypal dispute which they also never replied to. Paypal dispute team decided in my favour and I finally received my money back through papal after two months! I have posted a negative review on their Facebook and instagram, which they have deleted.”
