“Six years ago, I gave my partner a set of Bose QC35 ii headphones for our first Christmas together. In January this year, one of the folding hinges snapped. I think of myself as relatively handy so I looked up a repair tutorial on Youtube. It was unfortunately outside of my skill set, and I didn't feel comfortable learning how to solder on her expensive headphones. Fortunately for me, it was Joe's GE that made the Youtube video! They had links to their website and make it very easy to set up a repair. They got her headphones in the mail on 1/9/23 and had them back to us on 1/17/23, good as new! If you need your electronics repaired, I highly recommend Joe's GE”

“I sent in my SONY wireless headphones because of an issue with my left side cutting out. I explained this clearly to the Tech. I received notice that they wanted to replace the Bluetooth circuit board and I agreed. When I got the headset back I still had the same issue but the Bluetooth connection was much stronger. When I contacted the Tech about the issue still being there and asked if they wanted me to send it in again, to which I was told they didn't have a computer to use to test wired connections and so I let it pass. I picked up a set of Razor Blackshark wired headphones and now use the SONY's for wireless only. I can't give higher than a 3 for this because the issue I sent it in for wasn't addressed, but the service that was done was completed well and the communication was active and professional. So on that note I was happy with the repair.”
