“I have had a very positive experience with the calibrate counselors and staff. They were very supportive through my first year where I dropped +20% of my weight; and continued supporting me through my Master's / 2nd year. This is when I stopped taking the meds and I was so nervous that I'd put the weight back on. I stayed strong with following each step - even went back and reread through some modules. I also started the TLE/fasting to assist with stopping the meds and I've still dropped another couple pounds!!! Not really looking to loose anymore; just maintain - but heck I'm happy!!!! Only negative point was getting the meds approved by my insurance company which took a while - but once done its been fine ever since :)”

“Calibrate targets all aspects of health and weight with medical help, clean eating, counseling, exercise, sleep, and reconfiguring your relationship with yourself. I avoid using the word diet because Calibrate is not a quick fix - it is a year-long (at least) commitment to health and food is, honestly, only one part of the program. And my coach, Kelly, is the best!”

“I joined calibrate needing to make make a change and needing it to be one that would last. I started in February and now 10 months later I have lost 70 lb, but more than that I have gained so much. I have gained confidence, and energy, and tools to keep going. When asked to come up with my "why" at the beginning of the program, I realized that I wanted to find a way to finally feel good about myself so that I could be the best version of me for the others in my life, and while I am not done yet, I definitely feel like that is the way I am moving.”
