“Very poor customer service and they are doing scam’s by showing good quality pictures of the product and than sending a low class cheap copy. All the products which I buy from them are very low quality, please don’t buy anything from Joom app.”

“Today I have received my Christmas fabric. I cannot tell you how disappointed I am with the purchase. The fabric is a lot smaller than I expected, ( my fault) out of 10 pieces I can only use 4. The fabric is cut the wrong way. Instead of it being cut landscape it is cut portrait which means that it isn't wide enough to do what I want to do. It means that you have to turn the cloth which means that the pattern is sideways. I am sorry that I have to get in touch with you regarding this. I would never buy this again. If I could score nought then I would. I have been waiting for this to arrive and now it is useless to me. An expensive mistake. Again my apologies.
