My shower cabin was delivered over a week late, and the box was extremely scruffy and bent. The courier company told me that they had had this box "knocking around" in their warehouse since October 2023, after another JT Spas customer had cancelled their order for it. During that time it had been moved several times, including a complete warehouse relocation. So when my March 2024 order came through from JT Spas they couldn't find this old box in their new warehouse; it took them a week. It also meant the box was badly bent and damaged, but by the time it arrived it was too late to order an alternative, so I reluctantly decided to accept it anyway. The cabin is ok, EXCEPT FOR the doors which truly dreadful and not fit for purpose. The "hinges" are just long plastic strips down the door edges, which are so stiff it's really hard to open them to get in or out of the cabin, plus they cannot close properly so they dig into you all the time whilst showering. So overall not a good experience of JT Spas !!

Very unhappy, came time for plumber to fit the bath which he did very well given the bath we had sent , none of the panels fitted it was like a 1 2 3 from any part of the factory/warehouse the fittings to hold the panels came off some in the wrong places. He had to shape the bath and both panels to fit the bath cos no way were they going to allow it to fit without his skill a very expensive bath would have to have new panels made to fit it along with the saga of no overflows and wastes a very sad buy.

Small damage to the tub and roof of the shower cabin but I managed to repair with white silicone. The stool looked like it had been dropped from 4 floors up and the put in the box. No damage to the packaging!! .I informed JT spas who asked if we could repair it because they were running low on stock. The replacement they have sent looks like something that was knocked up by a local welding apprentice. It's covered in welding snots and has cutting burrs on the legs sharper than a new Stanley blade. If you seen this stool in a shop you wouldn't believe your eyes. Never in my life have I seen something so badly made. Typical internet rubbish. I have only kept it to show other people how bad it is. Can't be bothered to send it back and it's probably cheaper for me to purchase a proper stool from a proper retailer. Very disappointed to say the least.

Easy to order with the detailed site. Kept up to date with progress, including third party delivery service. They also contacted me the day before to discuss delivery.

This company is fraudulent, I bought one and they sent me another one thermostatic dual shaker kit unrelated to what I ordered and for the return of the order I have to pay for the postage and it was not my fault, the packaging arrived damaged, I have never been disappointed again SKAM

We ordered a large expensive 10mm glass walk in shower screen with a brace to support it. We have to admit that we had the article for some months before we opened it as we were not ready to fit it but it was kept safely and the packaging was clearly not damaged. When we opened it we found a large chip out of the top corner of the glass that could only have happened at manufacturing because it is toughened safety glass and anything that would have caused such a chip after manufacture would have caused the glass to shatter. The company where very unhelpful and told me I should have reported the matter within 48 hours of receipt. In addition I ordered brace for the glass and despite ringing them and asking if it was the correct item (and I was advised it was) when we received it the clevis that fits over the glass was about 2mm too small to fit. I was advised by JTSPAS to loosen it but it was a cast item and there is no way to do so. They were unhelpful and refused to accept that the product was faulty. I have seen numerous reviews on trustpilot advising they supply faulty products and would agree with that assessment. Do not order from these people.

The shower thermostat went kaput and we managed to track down JT Spas as the original supplier to the company we'd bought the shower from. As the shower was quite old, it was challenging to find the right part. We sent pictures of the broken version and were told it was probably an old model that may no longer have the same specifications. They returned pictures to us of the existing version, and with the exact measurements so we could compare. They sent us the part with a promise we could return it if it wasn't the right one. It fitted perfectly and now we're up and running again! Very efficient and friendly service and saved us a fortune as the alternative would have been replacing the whole shower unit! Order was dispatched quickly, the delivery company not so good , 79 yr old father in law had to help the delivery driver carry the shower glass in as I was not at home on the delivery date

Tried to get delivery info using online chat before ordering. Took about 10 minutes for each interaction to be answered. Was told that the warehouse doing the delivery sometimes miss their deliveries! Had to chase to see if delivery was happening. Boxes delivered in bad condition and part of the item was scratched.
