I recently purchased an iPhone Pro Max 256GB from this mobile shop intending to gift it, but later realized I needed the 512GB version. However, before even attempting to switch on the device , I approached them the next day for an exchange. To my dismay, they adamantly refused unless I paid an additional 15% of the unit price. This lack of flexibility and understanding was incredibly disappointing, and I deeply regret not researching their reputation beforehand. I strongly advise against patronizing this shop.

Disappointing Experience: Lack of Recognition for Complaint I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the level of service provided by your company in response to my recent complaint. Despite raising a significant issue regarding the fixing of the Washing Machine that was raised last month, i was informed that the machine will be fixed in 10 days (From 04th March till 14th March) , I am deeply dismayed by the lack of acknowledgment or recognition of the seriousness of the matter. It is alarming that my concerns were seemingly disregarded, and there has been no effort made to address the issue or provide a satisfactory resolution. Not only does this reflect poorly on your company's commitment to customer satisfaction, but it also demonstrates a blatant disregard for accountability and professionalism. As a valued customer, I expected better treatment and a more proactive approach to resolving issues promptly and effectively. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with serious doubts about the reliability and integrity of your company's services. It is evident that there are significant shortcomings in your customer service processes, which need to be urgently addressed to prevent further instances of dissatisfaction among your clientele. I had hoped for a more positive outcome and a swift resolution to my concerns. However, the lack of response or acknowledgment from your end has only exacerbated my frustration and reinforced my decision to seek alternative solutions for my needs in the future. In conclusion, I urge your company to take this feedback seriously and implement measures to improve your customer service practices. Ignoring valid complaints is not only detrimental to your reputation but also disrespectful to your customers. My recent experience with the sales team at Jumbe Electronics MOE was a cautionary tale. I was duped by their sales personnel, and to add insult to injury, an arrogant sales manager endorsed their mistake, leaving me feeling cheated and disrespected. Recently, I bought a TV from them, and the salesperson told me that a Ramadan promotion was in progress. I would get a gift voucher worth 10% of the purchase, and I could use it for any other purchase except a PlayStation and some other items. Unfortunately, I didn't receive the voucher until yesterday. When I went to ask about it, they claimed that I should buy items at a similar price to claim the voucher. This type of incident was not expected from a reputed organisation like Jumbo, so be careful before buying any item from them.

Jumbo Electronics is a cesspool of incompetence! The staff is beyond useless, selling products that are practically disposable. Their customer service is a non-existent nightmare. Save your sanity and money – steer clear of this abyss called Jumbo Electronics!

Very bad service after sale item and the service centre is week , I purchase one mobile phone with jumbo Salama with 3 days I fount issue and I send to service centre after two weeks they return the phone with same issue and after I send them again after 3 weeks they return the phone and I didn’t take it because they change part without inform me How I can trust any service from you ?

complain: The day we purchased LAPTOP from JUMBO it started showing low battery problem and we send it to jumbo which they returned after 15 days by saying it will not happen again but last 15 days again battery draining started .its a faulty piece i want replacement or my full money back.i can not afford to send it again for 15 days. reply: JUMBO ASKED TO SEND AGIAN FOR REPAIRING. conclusion: I was expecting the same reply from JUMBO. Jumbo sell faulty pieces of brands, earn good commission out of it and keep their customer to suffer for repairing faulty piece again n again instead of replacing it. It was our mistake that we trusted JUMBO. I will never recommend anyone to buy anything from jumbo.

Jumbo service has gone down 👎🏼 Was just chatting to an agent on the website and instead of providing an assurance regards delivery of pending item, he/she just mentioned - will contact you once item is available and left the chat. Pathetic customer service 👎🏼

The worst experience in my life. Cancelled orders. I had to make tens of calls for the paid installation. Customer service have no answers or solution. I regret sorely buying from Jumbo. Never again!!!!

Booked an appointment for Jumbo to fix our TV after they were recommended by SONY. We stayed in all day on the day that was agreed they would come, but nobody came. I then received an email saying “thank you for using our service” even though no one actually came. I sent an email to the address provided in the message stating that my query had not been resolved and that the technician had not shown up, but I have had no reply.

I just went to Al Wahda Mall to buy the new iphone 15. The sales guy told me that it has to be a bundle offer composed of the phone, a wall plug and a phone back cover (which are both over priced) when i was about to pay, the guy said i need to add another item because the bundle is of 4 items contrary to what he said earlier which was 3. He said because i am buying the new color ( natural titanium). I understand that this phone is in demand but what i don’t understand is that these people are free to say what ever they want to say and sell what ever they want to sell to you forcibly otherwise you will not get the phone. IT’S THIEVERY! HARAM TO SAY THE LEAST! I finally cancelled the purchase and left the shop!
