“Sent used with hairs and dandruff, contacted customer services and weren't helpful at all claimed they were artificial hairs used by the manufacturer for testing, which is after the machine is put together and put in a box? Fool someone else. Unsanitary and very dissappointing will be leaving other reviews warning customers to beware and be taking this further. Never using this website again poor customer service! This review page freezes when I try to upload the pictures”
