However, it's been over two weeks and I still have not received either order. I had to purchase something else last-minute for the neighborhood event. I hope it arrives before next month's event.
As much as I hate to recommend Amazon, I think I will have to order it from there rather than from the Just website in the future, to ensure its actual delivery.”

“Just water taste amazing as far as the company i dislike what recently happened to me. I ordered 2 cases lemon & lemon/cherry mix and the delivery team somehow sent me a box full of leaking water. I saved maybe 5 max. The boxes were jammed and the company only sent 1 box of water then told me i could of asked for a refund after i asked about my second. So management is terrible!”

“I think that the product itself is fantastic, although, the shipping time is ridiculous. I signed up for the recurring payments and I have been charged twice for the product and have not received the first one. I was later informed that the stock is low, which would have been nice to know PRIOR to ordering. I was thinking I would receive my shipment within a week and it has been over a week and haven't received either order. In my opinion- you should not offer recurring payments on stock that is low-- even if only temporary. Let me know when it is no longer low in stock and I will try again. Until then, I guess I just drink regular water. :/”
“In my most humble opinion, JUST WATER is overcharging consumers for God’s Gift to humanity, H2O. Exploitation of God’s Gifts is not right. The water certainly tastes good. I have sent several samples off to various labs to determine if the water is as pure as you all promise it to be. Stay tuned!”
