Agreed to pay £1 for an answer. Was then only offered a service to speak to advisor for a further fee. I declined and did not pursue. I have now noticed I have been charged £30 on my credit card. This is apparently an ongoing £30 a month membership!!! It was not mentioned anywhere clearly about this £30 charge or an ongoing subscription. I have cancelled the membership. This was clearly misleading and mid-selling and wish to be refunded the £30.

This company entices you with a £5.00 trial period, but charges you £50.00 per month membership fees you are not aware of. I thought I was savvy, but they got me hook, line and sinker! I cancelled my "membership" and they confirmed it was done. The next day there was a £50.00 charge on my bank account. I messaged them and asked them to refund my charge. They said the amount was not taken from my account. I went back and the amount was not there. Gaslighting at it's very best! Avoid this site. They charge you by stealth.

This is surely a scam, they asked about my condition as if they are very much concerned. They took £5 initially and then £34 for a call but neither there was a call nor they replied to any of my chats after getting the money.

As many have said I wanted to ask 1 question this took about 10 minutes to answer. At no point did I agree a subscription yet my bank alerted me to a £50 transaction from just answer. Luckily they are investigating and I’m hoping the account has been closed and cancelled. How sad that you go to a company for legal advice and it ends up they are the ones that are scamming you!

I paid what I thought was a one off £10 for a question and I've only just realised by looking at my statements in detail that they've taken £45 every month! They had signed me up to a monthly subscription, this was in no way clear when I paid my original £10 and I received no email confirmation that I was on a subscription. When I complained they only refunded me £45 out of £180! In my opinion they are a deceitful and misleading website and, judging by the amount of people complaining about this same problem, they must do it knowingly. STAY WELL AWAY!

I thought I was getting an answer for £1, which I did, I’ve just noticed on my bank statement another payment taken for £4, I went into Pending Transactions & found they’ve taken another £35 & have signed me up as a member! I was never made aware of this at any point, I am so angry! Obviously I have cancelled this “membership”. AVOID! AVOID!

Got lured in to giving £1 which soon turned to £35 and the answer they provided was useless. That was bad enough but today I found out that they charged me another £35 , a month later for my membership . Apart from one poorly answered query, I have paid £ 70 for nothing . I never had any notification about the consequences of my ' signing' up to this elaborate scam.

Should have checked with these reviews before I clicked on the link given by Samsung, which I assumed was their customer service. I agree with all of these reviews. The technicians did not seem to read anything properly and were sometimes downright rude. Not able to solve my problem either. Having paid my pound, they tried to take another £35 on my credit card, but I was contacted by card provider and they were able to block it. Will await developments.

Agree! DO NOT USE! Fortunately my bank prevented further withdrawals but they tried to withdraw £30. They then said membership cancelled you'll receive confirmation in 2 hrs - never heard a thing. I'd give 0 stars

Unfortunately I cannot give ZERO Stars!! After agreeing to pay £! start up, I was very quickly asked to pay £16 to have the so-called epert call me. Having ignored the CALL ME button and sent a message saying Don't Call Me, I then waited for over Forty Minutes to get no repsonse whatsoever to my question. I have cancelled my somewhat brief membership as this is clearly not a professional organisation to deal with.

I wasn't aware that I had entered a subscription. I did not sign up for one and after one use, which to be honest didn't properly answer my question, will not be recommending this service to anyone.

Just like most people reviews has stated, I agreed to paying £5 to get my medical questions answered. First of all, my questions were not properly dealt with and an option to pay £36 was put to me which I gladly declined. To my amazement Justanswer had taken £38 twice from my account, one just after paying the £5 and another £38 a month after. On noticing this, I called my bank immediately to put a stop to any future payments. And I called Justanswer to request for my money back. After a long call with the customers service guy, they offered to refund my money. Although I have not received the payment yet as I only called them this morning but they sent me an email they will be doing so. Hence my 2 stars rating. I believe the website is misleading and no one would think they will be charged for a service not required so beware!
