“This company is a scam please book the ticket directly from the airline , they are scammers and can’t even allow anyone to speak to customer services.”
“They sold me a none existing ticket. I bought the tickets for my brother and when he got to the airport, they sent him away, telling him he has been scammed. I called Just flight, no one answered but emailed me instead, all they kept saying was "we are sorry we can't help you" Even though I bought the flight with insurance, I later found out they owed the insurance company as well.”
“This is the worst company. I fully paid our tickets On September 2023. When I have to confirm our tickets 3 days before our flight on 2/13/24, I was told to pay additional $495 because I paid a discounted price before. Since it is only 3 days before our flight, I have no chice but to pay. We also paid extra for our seat number, but when we got our tickets from the airport, our seat number is not the same as what we paid for.
After we got back from our vacation, Just Fly charge me another $12.95. I tried to contact this company but it's hard to conact them.

The agent at the counter in Tbilisi Georgia didn't know anything about Type D visas and caused us to miss our flight. From there we lost 4 more flights because we had to re route to different countries. After waiting on a chat for over 8 hours I was not able to get anything. The answer was, we can't do anything. I am taking the lost because I am to blame for not getting insurance However, justfly lost a loyal customer. I wanted to get my flight changed 3hrs before but their customer care came for chat only after when my flight left. You cannot cancel your ticket. “We purchased a roundtrip flight for our daughter. The flight left Atlanta to Daytona Beach and in reverse on Tuesday the 19th. The flight on the 19Th was purchased for a 3:28pm departure. This was purchased on 8/24, I sent he a screen shot through text of her flights and times. Her flight was changed to 6AM on the 19th. Justfly says I went in and changed it before I purchased it, they can tell by the keystrokes. NO WAY!!! I would never purchase a 6AM flight, for 2 reasons. 1. I hate mornings. 2. The 19th is her grandmothers Birthday and we had a lunch planned before she flew out. Ahmed was rude and argued with everything we said even refusing to get me a supervisor 3 times. The supervisor finally called and told me about the keystrokes and I can changed the ticket for a crazy amount of money.

“If for any reason you want to cancel or even change your flight. They will charge you at least $500 on top of everything. $300 for an "airline penalty" yet no where else does it state that besides an obscure page on their website that only support has a link to. Not to mention their support is horrible, can't even read what your saying, or don't care enough. They DON'T send chat transcripts as "They don't have a corporate email" that is a straight up lie. It auto selected 5 star and when you try to choose anything else the page freezes, AKA they kicked my PC off their website(Yes they can do that, I'm in the network industry), and because of that you can't even scroll back in the TINY chat window to take screenshots of the chat.
Their cancellation protection for 200$ is also garbage as it doesn't do anything besides say you've been denied, EVEN though its out of my control which is exactly what their own policy says.
Still trying to get my refund for a flight MORE then 2 months out without paying HALF the flight in fees. Would I recommend NO.”
