This is the WORST PRODUCT and biggest ripoff in product history. Your pods leak to no end. If you are lucky, one out of 19/20 draws are a failure either with no draw or your disgusting cheap pods leaking in the mouth. To get a draw, you need to take it out, put it in and fiddle with it endlessly. You ought a be banned because it’s clear your owners are greedy liars who make a cheap, dangerously leaking product so over priced for the awful product it is. Your a disgrace. Your cheap BS product is just a sign of the times and the greedy, consumer cheating CEOs that exist today. I hope you get what you deserve- chapter 7.

4 batteries haven't worked. Bought them 2 days apart, different stores. I've called juul and given them my info 7 times. They then said I needed to do it yet again online. $50 down the toilet on those and they won't replace them. Told me to clean them. Also every other box of pods leak.

At least 75% of the pods leak within the first drag. I’d say the majority of the money I’ve spent on them went straight in the trash. Effectively double price to use them. Just a terrible company, speaking technically not morally. Awful product quality.

Out of the last 10 batteries that I bought, two worked. The rest only showed green when I connected them and hold no charge at all. A couple blink indicating short circuit. Extraordinarily bad reliability, hard to believe they still turn a profit. Definitely not spending any more money on Juul products. It's a shame, they used to work well.

Try them, because you don't know unless you personally try. My experience was not good. flavor is awful. I have been vaping Vuse for some time and love their flavor, especially the golden tobacco. but I thought I would give Juul a try. I find the flavor to be God awful. The draw is not very good either. So now I have the Device and a four pack of pods destined for the garbage can. Oh Well.

Juul has helped me cut down my cigarette use to under 5 a day. Prior to Juul I smoked over a pack daily. I am breathing easier now and feel better. Also found that the pod won’t leak if you keep the Juul upright. It’s a great alternative to cigarettes

I smoked a pack a day for 25 yrs. I finally bought the Jull 6 weeks ago, never looked back. I wouldn’t even think about lighting up again. I never had a problem with pods leaking so I don’t know what these bad reviews are about. If you want to quit give it a try. Takes a couple days to transition.

I have been smoking since I was 16 and am 81 now. I smoked 1/2 a pack a day. A couple months ago I got a juul and in about one month quit smoking cigarettes completely. I don't smell of smoke anymore and am satisfied without them. I smoked menthol but switched to your mint. Now I can't get it and really don't care for the menthol near as much. I totally resent be classified with 15 year old twits who abuse what is offered. There must be an answer for those who enjoy smoking and are responsible people other than to abolish something because kids and their parents are negligent. I also like the fact that I can take a puff or two and put it down without worrying about putting it out. I order on line and get my order very fast. I can use the juul in the house and no one knows I have done so. The e-cigs that put out gigantic vapors are another matter. I don't know their effect but I think it may be a factor in the panic. I have had no negative effect on my health and have been tested for effects. Thank you for letting me vent.

I've been using a Juul for about 1.5 years and more frequently than should ever be acceptable I'll get a package of pods that dont vape at all, they just burn the cotton wick. I finally decided to reach out since these 4 packs are around $18-$20 a piece (meaning I just wasted $18 on an unusable product), to which they said they would give me 25% a 2 pack. Which is the equivalent of around $5, but I'd have to pay for shipping which is around $7 so I'd be out an ADDITIONAL $2. Absolutely unacceptable. For a company to expect its loyal customers to eat the cost of THEIR mistake is just disgusting. I spent around 30 minutes arguing the above, to no avail. Needless to say, they just lost a customer who spend an absolute boat load of money on their products- guess they dont care about losing my money as they could obviously care less about taking care of their customers. What a disgrace and sham of a company.

I LOVE my Juul!! I smoked cigarettes for 40 years. I got a Juul with FLAVORED vape and quit cigarettes in 4 days. I only use a Juul now. Please don't take away the Juul!!! There are so many of us that quit smoking real cigarettes because of it. It's easy to use and I'm saving so much money! Thank you so much for making the Juul!!

I've had this Juul vape for 48 hours. Hate it, I've had to charge in 5 times now, and I can not even taste any of the pods. It's like I am paying to smoke air.

The battery dies 2-3 times a day, almost every single pod I’ve gotten has leaked and that’s not an exaggeration. It’s literally every single f***ing pod. It spits vape juice in my mouth and it’s small plus it’s light so it’s wayyyyy too easy to lose. I can’t wait until this last pod runs out so I can break this pos in half. Will NEVER be purchasing one again. Would rather quit than get their product.

MOST Juul pods leak. Either into your mouth or from the bottom into the battery. Which wastes product fluid rapidly. When this device first came onto the market the battery lasted all day. Now, it lasts a few hours. Waste of money

My Juul was faulty - they replaced it straight away!! Had a new Juul within 3 days of reporting it! Super easy to report on the website, amazing service, thank you Juul!! Amazing service!

Until recently, I have had no complaints about Juul, they have a better price than buying in a store, and free shipping with a reasonable minimum order, which is easy to meet when you are buying a product you are addicted to and will buy and use, I usually order a few weeks worth every three weeks, always buying enough and re-ordering before I know I'll need more. Even before the pandemic I was unable to go to a store for my purchases, as I am a caregiver with no back up help for my mom who is home-bound, and we do all of our shopping online for delivery. I don't know of any store that will deliver tobacco products. But as of my last order, which went in on December 1st, and would normally have been delivered no later than December 4th at the very latest, I still haven't received the order as of today, December 9th and have been told by a rep of the customer service department that doesn't see the problem of someone in my situation that it won't be shipped for ANOTHER 2-3 days, even at this point, apparently, they got behind during the Thanksgiving holiday, November 28th, and I suppose they took off that Friday, too. Still, the label was printed, the USPS website has noted that they are awaiting receipt, all since the first, and the money was taken from my account on the third. Bear in mind, as well, that there was no warning on the website when I placed my order - the standard information saying my order would arrive in 2-3 business days was right there on my confirmation page. Not one word, even at a time when they must have fully known if they would be running so far behind in mailing out orders. I contacted Customer Service, and they are going to credit me 10% off my order, but nothing about rushing the order, and honestly, although most people are not in the position I'm in as a caregiver who cannot leave to buy the product from a retail location, getting some money back is not going to help my addiction and even keeping it at bay, anyone who has tried to quit smoking knows how hard it is to quit, especially cold turkey. I am just going to have to suffer withdrawals unless I can somehow find someone to go to the store to buy these for me. People don't understand how hard it is to be a sole caregiver to a homebound person, especially when there's a pandemic, both of us have at least two comorbities, and I don't have much of a support system to count on. Sadly, my Mom who I care for, was in the hospital for 5 days, but I was able to buy a two pack on the 2nd when she went in, and when the order status STILL hadn't changed and I'd gotten no notification about the delay, I did get out to buy a 4 pack on Saturday morning, but they are all gone now, and anyone who smokes knows this is when things get tough. If they had sent me word that this delay was happening, I would have bought as many 4 packs as I needed to get by until I got the order, but as I said, until I contacted them, they gave me no warning this was happening. Where once I was really happy with this mail order service, I am very much not at all happy about it right now. This isn't like not getting a Christmas present you ordered for someone a week late, but still before the 25th, as you can imagine. I did just read other reviews, and I do want to say as a product, this is my favorite of all the many I have tried. I use the 3% and it's just the right strength, and the flavor is just right for me. My problem is not at all with the product, or the normal shipping time, but with this specific incident and how they handled it.

This is the most useless, exasperating product and a total waste of money. Most of the pods you purchase are defective and don't work.I've gone through 3 devices and after a very short time they just stop working. totally hopeless. AVOID.

Not worth the money, tank leaks unless i use the whole cartridge at one time. Just last night, I opened a new tank to take a few puffs before getting ready for bed. Got up this morning to find the tank had leaked empty. I paid too much for this inferior product! Looking for another brand, Probably go back to Vuse Vibe.

These pods are a scam ! And a waste of money ! 2 of the 4 pods will experience some type of failure or leakage! Absolutely disgusted with this company and then they get rid of mint flavor. You wont last another 2 years juul Good riddance
