“Rob, the mechanic who came to fix the car was very professional throughout, with a friendly manner and kept us fully informed of our options. My elderly parents are self isolating so it was important for them to have use of the car as needed. He had to obtain a replacement battery and was able to return to instal it on the same day which was very much appreciated. Many thanks!”

“Service was very good, very pleasant man came. Only thing maybe not completely happy with is that after testing old battery and on his recommendation, I bought a new battery which he said is better than average, but without doing any research I have no way of knowing if it really is, and was £88. So you have to feel you can put your trust in the mechanic at the time.”

“There was a slight delay due to busy period but I was informed of that so that was ok, called 15 min before he arrived came within 1.5 hour, got the problem fixed within minutes, bubbly and helpful mechanic. (Jason), We all appreciate everyone who is providing help during these difficult times, Thank you everyone”

“Fantastic service from Kavanagh Rescue through my Green Flag breakdown service. A difficult time for all services during the Corona virus lockdown. They kept me fully informed as to when the technician would arrive. The technician was extremely polite and went and sourced a battery for me as he didn’t have one on his van. Despite it being 5pm he got the battery and returned and promptly got my vehicle back on the road. Even though his shift was due to end in 10 minutes he continued onto another breakdown at a supermarket at least 4 miles away. I am sure another extremely grateful customer. I had a follow up courtesy call the following morning. Again so polite and professional - Well done Kavanagh Rescue providing a fantastic service in this very difficult and strange time. Keep safe - Thank you from Mrs K (5 Star rating)”

“The man who came was excellent. He rang an hour before to tell me he was on his way. He suggested I should sit in the car with the windows closed while he started the car so avoid contact and he kept me informed about what he was doing. Thank you very much for your help. Gillian Ryan”

“Terrific service today from Green Flag via their provider Kavanagh Rescue. Turned up promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem and then solved it. The technician involved, Jason was friendly and very professional. All round a very good experience. I would recommend them.”

“Used the Green Flag app and Andy (GF 108) called us. Arranged a time within an hour and arrived when expected. Took account of social distancing (over 70s). Did a great job and was very pleasant.”
