“Ordered an item online and paid using my company credit card. Was informed that the item was now out of stock after a couple of days and a refund was given against the credit card. A couple of days later I received notification that the item was now back in stock and that I had to do a new CC transaction. Once this was done the delivery of the item was fast and efficient. Obviously there system works well with stock notification and the staff were helpful when I spoke to them on the phone.”

We were given the 6 handles we requested but when we got home and the builder was installing them three were difference so we had to make another trip to return and change them.”
