“It is a very valuable book that was created Tho I thought the pictures would be on page Per picture but sill I am very satisfied and impressed I find it hard to look or read at the moment As it has opened up feels But once I am ready it is complete and waiting I have shown others a glimpse and most ask how I did it I forwarded your site to others Thank you for creating such a beautiful memory for me and my mom ❤️”

“awesome product, makes for a thoughtful and sentimental gift. the useability of the application is a bit challenging - lags and often have to restart the program becuase it glitches when i attempt to type. also it cannot be made full screen - not super ergonomic.”

“WOW! The application of Keepster and creating my books was a bit of a learning curve but I managed to, along with Keepster's service, create a couple of incredible moments for someone. I am THRILLED with the products - AND, I highly recommend going with the hardcover books, they will last forever. UNLESS, you burn. But I hope that is not my case, nor is it yours:) Thanks so much Keepster!!!”

“Every time I get close to finishing my project the app freezes up and then shuts down and I lose everything, leaving me to have to start all over again. But, what I’ve seen of it, is really cool. Great concept and idea.”

“It’s such a great idea and incredibly easy to use! I am not a tech-savvy person when it comes to MacBooks (I’m a PC person), and the installation/setup instructions were idiot proof which was huge for me. I’m so glad I get to preserve my memories in such a unique way!”

“I'm not impressed with Keepster. I really don't like the 2-3k message limit for adding imessages to a Keepster folder -- adds more steps than necessary for creating a project. Also, I hate the 800 page book limit because it's really not enough space (I am trying to make a book of only 1 year worth of texts between my fiancee and I, so not multiple years). Lastly, the backup only has texts from the first 4 months and the last month, with months 5-11 completely missing (tried twice). Not sure if it's an iTunes backup issue or a Keepster issue but it's really frustrating.”

Regarding the 2-3k message limit for adding iMessages to a Keepster folder, we understand that it might be inconvenient for some users. This limit exists to ensure optimal performance and prevent potential issues during the book creation process. As for the 800-page book limit, we apologize if it has caused any inconvenience. This limit is in place to maintain the book's structural integrity and print quality. However, you might consider creating multiple volumes to encompass the entire year of conversations with your fiancée. In regards to the missing texts from your backup, we're sorry for the frustration this has caused. “I love the print quality of the final product, but taking one star off b/c it wasn't super easy to format the 'about' page, and the price is kinda high. But other than that, really happy with the finished product.”

“Recently switched back to Android from iPhone. Was not able to restore Whatsapp messages from my sister who passed away last year. I now have a 103 page book printed so I can always keep our last conversations. Truly feel blessed to have that! Thanks so much. Only request would be to have ability to restore to my new device!”

“There is no option to make the password visible when creating an account. Also when I backed up my iPhone, in one of my message histories, there was photos, and full messages missing.”

“Keepster backed up my phone way faster than iTunes did and it was super easy to search for specific texts based on the person or word I was trying to locate. Cool app. Can't wait to try making a book next.”

“I made a Keepster book for our one year anniversary and he said it was the best gift he'd ever received. Not only does it look great, but the customer service is over the top. There is a chat text if you get stuck, and when I asked if they could rush it, I got an email from the founder assuring me she'd do her best to make it happen (which she did!!). Highly recommend!”
