“The application is super easy to use! My phone carrier does not allow you transcripts of your texts so this was the only way to get a copy from a group conversation with a lost loved one. There isn't a value I can put on the memories I was able to save.”

Keepster specializes in making one-of-a-kind professionally printed books of your messages. We are very sorry that Keepster didn't provide the feature you needed to export your messages. But, if you were attempting to make a book of your messages and ran into some sort of technical issue please consider coming to our website and chat with us. We can talk through what might be going on and see if we can work through the issue.

Hi Morgan - Keepster is a great app to backup texts to archive and search your messages. But, as we discussed on chat, you need to be able to perform a backup of your iPhone to your computer first using iTunes or Finder. You mentioned that your organization wouldn't allow you to make a local backup to your computer. For that reason, you were not able to import your messages into Keepster. We clearly say that you must have enough room on your computer hard drive to complete a backup of your iPhone on the download page https://keepster.co/download.

“What a great product! My college friends have gathered l, with our now growing families, every year for Thanksgiving for the last 21 years…except 2020. But we had a virtual thanksgiving, including lots of funny, heartwarming, and wistful texts. This year, as we prepared to gather, I wanted our Thanksgiving 2020 text string to be saved forever in hard copy, as a memento of the new ways we had found to celebrate friendship, mourn losses, uplift each other, share jokes and recipes and photos, and generally share love. After a few different tries, I found Keepster! Was fairly easy to use (actually, incredibly easy once the system was enabled on my desktop….and the online tutorial made that straight forward, even if it isn’t one click). Once it was on, creating and formatting the book was a breeze! The delivery was prompt (made it for thanksgiving despite this guy having the idea only one week out!). Customer support was responsive, and kind enough to credit me for a coupon I had forgotten to enter in my rush to submit the order. And my friends and family ABSOLUTELY LOVED the keepsake. Heads were buried in the books, laughing and reminiscing, for hours. Thanks Keepster!”

“I can’t say enough good things about Keepster, first of all it’s such a good idea, I was really going out on a limb when I searched up “messages into a book” but here they are. The actual programme is pretty easy to use, it’s as simple as download it, download your chats onto your laptop, then add messages into your book. That’s it! You can customise pretty much everything. On top of that the customer service is honestly incredible, I had something go wrong with my order and I got to talk to an actual person on live chat instead of waiting around on faceless unhelpful emails like with most companies, the team at keepster are honestly the best customer service I’ve ever experienced, and they’re here for any of your questions, shout out to Michael from the team who was my literal hero, you helped make someone’s day on their birthday!”
