Okay for those who have not time: DO NOT BUY from Killstar. Killstar is the absolute worst when it comes to.. well, EVERYTHING they do. I attached all my E-Mails as proof to show how incompetent they truly are. Killstar, they declare themselfes as "luxury" but in truth all that is luxury is the pricetag. I wish I had seen all the terrible reviews before I bought from them. I simply wanted to order shoes. Tomb Travel Boots & Darkwave Boots. Since they don't feature a size chart with actual measurements on their products, you have to rely on what they promise to you. I think they didn't get the memo, that it doesn't help, when you only write: "UK 9 = 42EU". Every shop has their own size chart with their own interpretation of a non-standardized system. So I used their nice little link below the product size chart which says: "For further assistence, please contact us!" This is where the first screenshot comes into place. I guess further assistence means copy-pasting the same chart that didn't help in the first place because apparently Killstar is either to lazy or just too mentally limited to read contact formulars and E-Mails, who knows? Fact is, they don't read your requests and don't care. So got no help from the support huh? I should have stopped there. Sadly I didn't. Google was more helpful and revealed this link to me: https://www.killstar.com/pages/size-charts It's funny how, after my complaint, they removed the CM from the women's footwear chart. But as you can see from my screenshot, it was still there when I was still interested in their products. That size guide site is still unreachable from their main webpage. You have to google it. Anyways, after I finally got measurements, I ordered. Long story short: The shoes are a disaster. The insole length of Tomb Travel Boots is 26,5cm, which is 2,5cm shorter than promised. Not even the outsole is 29cm. Where the heck are the 29cm coming from?? Is air now insole-lenght too? Or maybe they measured their own arrogance. It's not only false advertisement but also just a complete ripoff at this point. (Please take a look at the photos I attached). Darkwave Boots are 1,5 cm too short. At least they still fit. But just barely. Still not as advertised. This is where I wrote the complaint - you can read it all for yourself and see how much they don't care. They didn't even really read what I was complaining about. They answered: "The size printed on the shoe is the sole length rather than insole length". Hah, good one, no, It's not. And if they would have looked at my attached photos, they wouldn't have written that completely mindless answer. Killstar has since irgnored all my latest E-Mail. Usually I stay polite, no matter what. I work in customer service as well and if I would reply to customers like that (or not at all), I'd be fired instantly. I obviously had to pay the return of 15,99€ myself. I had to pay for THEIR mistakes. This is why you always pay with paypal, folks. Is this how you treat paying customers?! Disgusting. Don't ever buy from them. They don't deserve our money.

Hi there do not order from them they do not care I ordered a liberty leather coat off them at £150 for it to be stuffed in a box with no care at all. Than to be told we will send you one out same day you prove you have sent it back as gesture of good will. I sent it back proved it and they never sent my new one at all. So I complain for them to offer me next day delivery which I paid for anyway and wasn't going to get so I said no I would like a refund to be told I will be issued a refund as soon as they received the coat back they received yesterday to tell my I won't be issued a refund yet. You have received my ruined coat buy staff members now I would like my refund. Pictures attached are what it came like and picture on store is what it is ment to look like

I just made a last time christmas buy at this store, it was late at night and I absent-mindedly forgot to change the size of the order from an XS to an L. Crass mistake on my part.I noticed it as soon as I got the email invoice and immediately proceeded to email them regarding the size change. They told me that as quoted on the faqs, they did not make order amends even though they have an option called "Amend or cancel the order"... Then why do you have an option for it?! They replied whilst I was sleeping and sent the shipment either way, before I even had time to reply. They had the audacity to say that I had to explicitly say "I want to cancel the order" Wasn't it obvious that if you weren't willing to amend it to the right size that I did not want it?! What would I do with leggings 2 sizes below the ones I wanted? Dress my fishes? The least you could do was postpone the shipping until I replied to your rejection. It was already paid anyway. You just needed to say "oh the costumer wants an L instead of an XS. Let's just switch it before shipping. It costs the same, it's the same product and it's in stock." But no, let's make the client go through the hassle of reshipping the item as soon as it touches his doorstep and have him pay shipping again, and have him wait a month or more for the product he wanted, that'll make him want to buy from us again. So in conclusion: Items might have good quality and the customer support is fast to reply, but they treat you as textbook case scenarios. They have 0 consideration for the customers and show 0 effort to help you whatsoever. So if you buy from this shop, pray that everything goes well, otherwise you are doomed, you've been warned. Yes I am rating the shop before everything is even solved, because at this point, nothing they can do can raise the score from my perspective.

I placed a large order on the Black Friday sale, after having a break from shopping with killstar for almost a year. I was a loyal client of about 7 years beforehand. I knew them to always use the shipping services of Royal Mail. Since I am used to this service, I knew exactly how much I am going to pay in fees upon releasing the parcel from customs in my own country. They ended up shipping my parcel to me with UPS, without asking me if that was o.k or mentioning this anywhere on their website. UPS is known to be a bunch of crooks in my country, and they demanded twice the amount of taxes I have calculated in different "holding and releasing" fees. Had I known they are using UPS now, I would have stayed away. In response to my plea for them to accept the parcel back because I can't pay such a ridiculous sum of money, customer service told me that I will have to pay these fees and the return shipping fee would be deducted from my refund. It is entirely their fault for the lack of transparency. I paid the stupid sum and am now waiting for my parcel, but it was basically ransom money. I am going to unbox the parcel in front of a camera. If anything is broken inside, they are going to be slapped with a Paypal case immediately. Not even going to wait for them to respond. They are going to be unhelpful anyway. Will never buy from them again, and will alert everyone to stay away.

Sizing is all kinds of off. I can buy 2 dresses both in a medium (which is my size) , one will be way too small, one way too big. That seems to go for all their clothing. So everything you buy is a gamble. Now, God forbid you live in Canada on top of that. Returns are way too expensive. Shipping is already ridiculously priced, and that's on top of the exchange rate. THEN you get an extra duty charge on top of it all! Killstar is the only company in the US I've ever purchased from that has an extra duty charge at the border. I'm not sure if that's due to using DHL to ship, or if other brands cover it for you. But a $40 dress ends up costing well over $100 when all is said and done. Killstar needs to do better for its customers - including international customers. Just go elsewhere. It's never worth it.

Man I feel like a fool for not looking at the reviews. I spent almost $600 and only have received half of my order.I NEVER Get to treat myself and the one time I do I get totally ripped off I'm hoping that somehow someway I will get the other half of my order but it has almost been a month so I hate getting my hopes up. This sucks definitely not ordering from this place again. I also saw the same things On wish and half the price😓😓😓 story of my life

Made a purchase in mid December, including a coat I wanted for the winter. I emailed asking for order updates a few times, and I was told the delay was because of FedEx and the pandemic. I tried to be understanding, of course there will be delays in shipping because of Covid, however I was also told (more than once) my package was already sent out so Killstar had no control over the whereabouts of my shipment. I was told to get in contact with FedEx, turns out my package wasn't even sent to the shippers! Now it's February and I was offered a re-ship or refund option but items in my order were sold out. What? Months later, after constantly trying to find out where my package is, it turns out they not only never sent my items but now the large items are out of stock? 3 months of confusion, and condescending emails placing the blame on FedEx, only to find out items I already paid for and that were supposedly "already shipped" are now out of stock. Definitely never shopping with Killstar again.

I purchased items that totaled over $184 dollars from Killstar. FedEx was set to deliver my package on the 23rd of November 2020. Three day later, I still had not received my order. I asked Killstar to make a claim on the missing package so I could be reimbursed or have order re-shipped. They did respond back to have me sign paper stating th as t this was not an attempt to commit fraud and basically wrote an email stating don't contact us, we'll contact you. Well, a month later, nothing. The claim process should have only taken 5 to 7 days as it was just clothes. I called FedEx myself and they explained that the case had been closed and my repackage could not be recovered. Okay, so why hasn't Killstar gotten back to me? So I emailed them back and tell them what was said. They sent me a reply that they are NOW reaching out to FedEx. As of today, that was two weeks ago. Email me them again, after talking to a FedEx customer service representative. She gave me permission to give them her number so she could verbally confirm a failed delivery. Let's see if I hear from them this time. I love there products but this service left a bad taste in my mouth. I had the same issue with Hot Topic and the SAME night the resent me the dress I ordered. No questions asked. That's service. I am not rich, I cannot let 180+ dollars go. I am just really disappointed.

I ordered size 7. They said US 7 but they fit more like a 9. They were INSANELY bigger than my foot. There was no way in hell they were a 7. I tried to contact them and said there must be a mistake with the shoe and they wouldnt do anything about it and then just blatantly ignored me. In the photo I have a size 7 shoe on my left foot and the killstar shoe on my right.

Fast shipping and fast delivery, which I thought was cool, until I saw the TINY BOX that was delivered. I ordered the never trust the living handbag, and the wallet to match, on top of a cup. I thought wow that’s a tiny box for a huge bag. Opened it up and was disappointed when the only items were the wallet and the cup. The email said all items were shipped. In the envelope for the shipping label / receipt. The bag was highlighted, with no say of anything. No bag and it was highlighted. They didn’t email me saying why, didn’t have it in the box. I emailed them almost 3 days ago and they are taking forever to reply. I just want answers or my money back.

The clothes are too expensive for the quality. They don’t last long. The customer service reps are also the worst. It’s been over two weeks since they issued a refund for an item that became unavailable, and it’s been over 5 days since my inquiry - no response. I highly recommend taking your money elsewhere.

DO NOT BUY FROM KILLSTAR WEBSITE. It’s not worth it. I ordered three items. I understood processing could take up to 10 business days. It took almost three weeks for them to process. Shipping was slow, but that’s due to FedEx. Then they don’t even send the right items. I email them. It takes days to hear back or get no response. Then I have to return the item I never even wanted, wait for that to get to them before they send out the right one? So it will be at least another month before I get what I want. They should immediately send the correct item. This is such a waste of time. Order from somewhere else

The clothes just don't have the same quality they used to. And for the price you're paying you'd expect much better. It's all cheap jersey material. It doesn't hold up to washing (even hand washing), shipping costs are incredibly expensive if you don't live in the US, the sizing is REALLY off. I normally wear a medium and some of the XS are way too big and some of the larges are way too small. Hard to plan around that. Not to mention it can be really hard to get in contact with customer service. I've been a long time killstar customer. But after a couple really disappointing orders the last few years I won't be returning. Always end up feeling like I wasted my hard earned money.

Whom ever works in the marketing / sales department and made the decisions on the new kreepture really needs sacking. This has turned in to a PR nightmare. The support staff are really not interested and I doubt anything will happen to future sales of these stuffed animals, they will just keep on upsetting their customers. Its another case of a company forgetting where it came from and happy to loose customers with an eliteist attitude. Its like they dont actually want your money, they limit the number of items (half the number of the last release that sold out) instead of doing something sensible like only selling it for a limited period of time say one week or one day and fufilling the numbers sold (they dont even have to hold it in stock just say delivery will be like 3 weeks for example). You could even only realease it to accounts that have purchsed from the site in the last two weeks, in the first drop. Or even better.... take pre orders from existing customers???? All of this has lead to scalpers directly buying multiple ones of these as they dont limit house holds just peoples names. They where literlly on sale within 2 minutes on ebay at 4 to 6 times the original value. I have seen so much dislike generated by this, that it shows that this company really doesnt care one bit about its customers, which in this climate is a really short sighted and narrow way to operate. *Update* I got my details to them as they requested on trustpilot, they really didn't need them. It even fooled me a little that they cared, but all they wanted to do is say oh sorry that happened to you, which means that the response to my review on trustpilot was just a poor attempt by them trying to make themselves look better to people reading this review. My opinion still stands on how poorly this whole debacle has been handled. *Update* Further copy paste messages sent to me via messenger, some parts of the messages where not even relevant to what was being said. This is embarrassing for a company to do at best. Meaningless apologies followed by a hey its ok dont feel bad we will be trying to sell you more different products in the future.

First time ordering their shipping times is absolutely horrible I got a tracking number and the usps is still waiting to recieve the package on a second order they havent even fulfilled it yet and it's been days many days will not buy here again

Return process is extremely difficult and vexing. The customer service team are volatile and condescending, they also lied about the date of receiving my parcel and the return policy. Highly hostile, don't shop with them?

Bought a pair of boots I have only had them for 2 months, I wore them 3 times and I noticed the seam on the back of the boot was coming apart they tell me they can’t send me a replacement cause it’s wear and tear. They said they are not going to replace my boots. I spent a lot of money on these boots. Don’t buy from them when the product is defective they won’t replace it and they basically want to blame it on you.

Screw this place fr. Bought the Lucifuge bell bottoms, they came in and realized they were made out of pantyhose material. You could see my privates through them. It wasn’t disclosed in the listing, in fact the listing says the could be worn to “any occasion”.. NOT WITH MY COOCHIE OUT SMH. They were $70.. and they didn’t even cover my buttcrack. They wanted me to pay to ship them back even though they were falsely advertised. I posted a fair review, not nearly as hostile as this one, and they didn’t let it on the listing. Other reviews have come in since and they’ve all been 5 stars, so I believe they filter the reviews. Also, they didn’t refund me shipping. It’s one thing if I just didn’t like them, or they didn’t fit, that would have been my bad and I would have been fine with paying to ship them back. But they were completely falsely advertises as if they were nice, black, BUTT CRACK COVERING, pants. Overall just had a bad experience with customer service. Rude for no reason. I expressed my concerns and they I’d like to return them and Ms. Stacey replied “I can confirm the Lucifuge bell bottoms are sheer and you will be able to see your underwear through them” GIRL- put it in the listing, don’t tell me about it.

I ordered a pair of boots from this company in the middle of December and it was estimated a 5 day delivery time, I didn't receive the boots till Christmas eve and they sent me the wrong size I ordered 11s and they shipped me 10s, the zippers on both the boots were broken or just missing. Contacting them took forever and It took them 5 days to respond to me. They sent me paper labels to print and ship back to them which I had to wait till it got there to get a refund or for them to send the correct size I ordered. I shipped it back and it says it was delivered a week ago still haven't heard back for an exchange or a refund, now I'm 130$ in the hole I emailed them about it 2 days after they received the return and still haven't gotten a reply. Horrible company horrible customer service and cheap quality products

I´ve bought three different pairs of flared pants from Killstar. First pair i bought a medium, because that´s what I usually am. Couldn´t fit them over my thighs and had to send them back, which was very difficult btw. Next time I ordered a large, which fit pretty good but they´re very small in the back and ride down when you sit down. At the same time i bought a long skirt in a large because their size charts are the same for all clothes. It was way too big and I couldn´t wear it at all, so i sent it back to get a medium which in the end cost me double the amount of the skirt. The third pair of flared pants I ordered in a large as well since, again, their size chart is the same for all their clothes. This pair is a lot bigger than the previous and very high waisted. I bought two dresses as well this time and one is perfect length while the other is way too short in the back. Both are a size medium. I think their clothes are only made with very thin bodies in mind, and I myself am quite thin already. Their delivery is fast and I love their clothes but you just can´t trust the sizing, and they´re way too expensive to send back :(
