“The staff at Kimis Pet Emporium could not have been more helpful. We were looking for a buggy for our arthritic dog but so few places keep them in stock and we were reluctant to order one unseen. A member of staff assembled an Innopet all terrain stroller for us, was very patient and not at all impatient when we decided that it might be too big for our car. Karen later sent a video showing how to easily remove the rear wheels and so fit it in. We went ahead and ordered one and it was delivered within a few days. Our dog is getting used to being pushed around the garden before being taken out into the wider world and we are all looking forward to being able to walk along towpaths and fields without worrying about our dog'd mobility.”
