“All the recipients were delighted with the Advent Candles and commented on the lovely scents. I may have done something wrong when ordering. I got the notifications when due to be delivered. As I had gifted quite a few this was a bit annoying. I also had to order each one separately which meant verifying each purchase with my bank. It took a while! However, that said once again efficient service despite all the postal strikes etc to contend with. Thank you.”

You should have wrapped the box in brown paper or cling film as the box packaging is one of the reasons I bought from you!

“Excellent products love the candles but packaging does have the delivery postage stuck to it and the box dented. On contacting Kindred Fire they said the lovely external box with the postage sticker on it, is not intended for presentation purposes . Maybe placing the whole box in a postage bag would allow customers to use this box with the shredded paper inside as part of the gift .”
“Little disappointed when it arrived as the box was crumpled & the address label was hard to get off & as it's presented in the box doesn't look the same if you take the candle out. Maybe it would be better to send in an outer box ?”
“Loved these candles! The packaging is fantastic and so fun - I really love how you can personalise them so easily too. The only issue I had was with the scents. I looked everywhere on the site and couldn’t find a breakdown of the scents. I picked 2 on a hunch and unfortunately I didn’t like either smells - Dark Pomegranate and Tobacco and Oak. Wonder if they’d ever consider selling tester mini candles so customers could smell each scent before purchasing. The other candle I got was Black Raspberry and Vanilla which was lovely.
That was the only issue for me but aside from that I loved the candles!”
“I bought a couple of candles for a birthday, new home present and Mother’s Day and they all look beautiful. I was quite nervous choosing the smell as you don’t know what they’re going to really smell like until they arrive. I was pleasantly surprised to find that all three smells are gorgeous!”

“I placed this order and paid with Apple Pay which consequently removed the first line of my address - I'm having to wait for Royal Mail to redeliver back to Kindred Fires for them to then repost to me (additional payment for postage.)
I ordered this as a engagement gift 2 weeks ago, I haven't been that impressed by the customer service. Still unsure as to when I will receive the now very late gift.”
