“Nightmare. Placed an order for GW2 Hero Points at 4:20PM local - ETA 30mins for start. Contacted support at 5:10 'I think it's a couple of hours'.
9PM still no start, asked for an update, couldn't give an eta.
11PM was told despite paying for express, my order was not set as priority and I kid you not, this was the message I got:

오후 11:23]Toffee Latte: It was on express, it should have already been on priority. Which means you didn't bother to do this when I placed the order. I already started doing it myself. Refund the order.
I've now been asking for a refund for 30 minutes and they're dodging it, despite 'no questions asked' 30 day policy (providing the booster hasn't already been assigned, which it has not)
Luckily not an expensive lesson, I never make a big order with a site I've never used before on the first time, because that's a silly thing to do. If they decide not to give me my 10 euros back it is what it is it's less than an hours salary. I'm more annoyed I have to now stay up and farm the HP myself to have my extra alt ready for the WvW beta because this company couldn't be honest. Also let's take bets I get the same copied and pasted response other 1 star reviews get asking for more info when disc name + order ID is in the review.

“Beware, biggest Scamsite you can find. Don't ever buy there, even if the price is as low you can find. They will set an ETA on their Homepage for 2 Days, then they will stall you day for day for day, the so called "support" is pure second hand embarrassment. they are very rude and send u every 2-3hours standard answers to stall you again. i paid 115€ for 4 * 15 keys and they neither did the keys, nor they refunded the money. they are pure scammers and wont refund any cent, if u wish so they send you standard answers and stall u again.. so believe me or do your own expierience. i can proof everyting with discord chat screenshots.”
“Don't order from these guys if you like your boost to be done on time. Yes, their prices are very good, but that's also the only thing they got going for them. Their communication is very slow and bad. Sometimes you have to wait 2/3 hours for a response after you ordered something from them. They tend to respond in a passive agressive way if you have questions related to your boost. You'll have to wait a long time before they start your boost, and they also tend to forget some things you added to your boost (in my case they forgot to get an achievement, and then I had to wait another 2 days before the boost was completed). After waiting for 3 full days they still didn't start my boost, and before they actually told me it would be superfast due to the fact that they hired more boosters. I do NOT recommend this service.”

Order #102344 so you can save the bs response of sending an email to admin@king post to “verify” I am a real customer. I placed an order for one m15 dungeon after confirming it would be done same day. After a few hours of the runaround I figured I would throw more $ at them to see if they get it done. My mistake I now am an additional 80$ in the whole with this scam company. It’s now a day later and a bunch of excuses. Use any other service these people are a scam and have no respect for peoples time or money.”

“Scam - bought HC run for a specific time, they refused to respond for a full day. Told me Sunday was good so i paid - then was told wait there is no run on Sunday you can run on Monday. Now they are telling me they have no runs on Monday. Do yourself a favor and don't bother asking for a refund - go through your bank and report as fraud.
Now I no longer need the boost as they pushed it into a new reset week - so what's the point of this if I can't get what i paid for when it was scheduled. I moved my life around to make both times and both times I was lied to. This place is a fraud.”
“I work 8 days straight with 6 days off and have no time to play games while working so for 1 hour pay I spend for Kingboost to provide me with fast and professional boosters who are friendly and efficient and complete orders super quick. Support team is also top tier amazing anything I have issue with they fix it right away for example a booster not feeling well and delaying order completion with one word (help) they quickly take care of it and send you to a booster to quickly take over and complete your order. 5 out of 5 for boosts and customer service thank you King boost you guys are the best.”
“Dont waste your time, I asked if they had people available before buying the boost. Asked again to confirm before buying and they confirmed twice. They assigned a person to do it several hours later instead of the 30 minutes or the 5 minutes start they promote. So we gave up because there wasn't schedule compatibility. They promise to find another booster and guess? They added the same guy again. Ok, 3rd attempt, another guy who couldn't do it. 4th attempt I asked right away if the guy was going to be available at the time they promised on the following day and the answer was no. So, after all that, they rejected to give me a full refund and thats it. DONT TRUST THEM! As you see on my screenshot I asked in advance. Almost 24h later and they couldn't do it.”
“I contacted Kingboost to help me get a weapon on D2 that has eluded me for a few years now. I've paid and waited for a response. I have sent several emails to admins only to find that my account has been removed and the money lost. This has annoyed me to no end and I will pursue this till I get my money returned.”

If you do not respond, your review will just be deleted, and that is all. I do not know why Trustpilot is allowing this, but I got scammed by these people, and they have yet to contact me or answer any chat or email after I was blocked without getting any boost or any money back.
I have preordered this patch raid boost; I needed it in the first week. I have paid a lot of money but never received anything but excuses and rescheduling. When I told them I did not want to raid on week 2 or 3 and needed a refund, they kept offering me everything but not my money. Gold, other boosts, bonuses, another raid with more options, but all that is a lie.
I will summarise all you need to know about that company:
1. They never refund your money back.
2. They never deliver the service, that is more complicated than leveling (however, I see a lot of bad reviews, where they can't deliver leveling, too)
3. They do not have any boosters and hire boosters on marketplaces.
4. All negative reviews are true.
They are constantly deleting many negative reviews. Honest people scammed by them do not respond in 3 days to the Trustpilot verification email - you do not see all negative reviews.
4. They have a lot of positive reviews here, but check another review platform, where they can't delete the reviews - you will see the true face of Kingboost.
On one famous review platform, they have more than 800 NEGATIVE reviews in a row. More than 800 people reported scam in a row without any positive review.”

“BOOSTER here, did NOT recieve payment after jobs completed for diablo 4,
i am a booster on kingboost, at first i took 2 orders and they promised me payment tuesday midnight and fridays, but after 8 days without any respons from the payment team on telegram i went to write a bad review, things suddenly went faster and they contacted me on telegram with payment.. i then continued my orders and did another order to see if this will continue
and behold, again the same problem, telegrams not looked at and not answered, for nearly a week, they silence you with money the first time, and refuse to pay the second time, do NOT use kingboost, they scam theyre boosters and they dont give the clients what is owed. and half assing the boosts given..., whatever you do , keep away from this place, if they try to recruit or sell things to you”
