“I love purchasing from Kings Road, however the website is lacking. Account login should prominent on the home page with easy access to password reset and it should function to allow you to set your password. My last transaction in this regard, didn't work as expected. Secondly, the navigation menu could use some more fields (i.e. band selection, merch types, etc.) for more specific searching/categorization and personal account. It would be cool if account information was available; previous orders and current order statuses.”

“My last order with KingsRoad was in December 2022. I am not sure why I am being asked to review it over a year later, but I guess that follows with KingsRoad’s incredible slowness. My order took significantly longer to arrive than anticipated as it was a Christmas gift and needed to arrive on time. It was difficult to get any sort of update on the item and it took over a week for the item to actually ship after the order had been received. I love ATWWD, but they should absolutely drop KingsRoad as their merchandise distributor.”

Hello, this order was placed right before the cut off for orders to be placed and delivered before Christmas. Things are always a little backed up this time of year but the order shipped within a week of it being placed and seems to have arrived in time for Christmas. We hope you enjoy the items you ordered. “Ordered two tye dye bad religion shirts and an age of unreason hoodie on September 29 2023. Got the hoodie in late November, one of the tye dyes just before Christmas and the last tye dye doesn’t exist on account of someone robbing your old warehouse or something so I settled on a pair of sweatpants just because there is really nothing else I wanted to substitute. ON TOP OF THAT; last year my seeet mum ordered me the American Jesus Harley Tshirt and that has yet to come. EVER. Without any reason. However, the customer service agent I dealt with throughout this ordeal was amazing and very very helpful and is probably an essential member of your team. GIVE THEM A RAISE. Lower your heads in shame otherwise.”

Hello, apologies for the delay with some of your items. This order was placed in the middle of a massive warehouse move. If items you have are out of stock, we're always able to just issue a refund for the item instead of swapping it out for something else. Hello, we were never contacted to let us know you were missing any items in your order. The first 2 times we sent your order out it was returned to us due to it not being a correct address. We shipped it a third time and sent you tracking for the package and never heard anything back about there being any issues. Hello, it looks like we received 2 orders from you at the beginning of 2023. One was shipped within a couple of days, the other was a pre-order and it was shipped as soon as the item was delivered to our warehouse. That item was delayed but we sent an email to customers about the delay. The only email we received from you asking about the status of your order was responded to promptly.
