I never received my item. I got a shipping notification but it was never actually shipped and for months now I keep getting told the item is in transit to a new facility. Nobody seems to actually care. I just keep getting the same noncommittal message. I feel like any other reputable business would have done something more than minimal effort to make this right after many months of a missing/unsent/who knows what's happening with it item.

Hello, apologies for the delay with your order. We do very much care about your order and the replacement copy of your record should be shipping out soon. We shipped your order before we started moving our warehouse but it looks like USPS lost the package before scanning it into their system. We put in a replacement order but by that time we had already started the move and your item was unavailable to ship from our old warehouse. It hasn't been received at our new warehouse yet but should be soon. As soon as it's received we'll get your order shipped out. We're receiving thousands of items a day at our new warehouse and more and more orders are shipping out from there. Again, apologies for the delay and we'll get your order shipped out soon. You did a great job at ripping me off!! I made 2 separate orders back in February or march. I emailed you about it you said it would come in may it is now July and I haven’t received anything. No merchandise no emails saying it shipped or got delivered. Nothing!! WTF! Really horrible customer service. Can I get my money back?!

I have shopped with Kings Road Merch so many times and I am always extremely satisfied!! Not to mention Kings Road Merch Has THE ABSOLUTE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE and care!!! They handled everything SUPER professionally and quickly. I am looking forward to making future purchases with them!

Ordered a frozen soul hoodie from the back to cool sale back in August. It never arrived still waiting no response from sending emails either.

2 items have yet to be shipped, it’s been 6+ weeks. Emailed and they said they are moving and orders are slow. I think that’s ridiculous

Apologies for the delay but like you said we're in the middle of moving our entire warehouse and every single product we carry so it just takes time to get everything received at our new warehouse. As soon as the shirt you ordered is received, it will be shipped out right away. We're getting more items received and orders shipped out every day. Here's the thing...my girlfriend and I love the show and have bought merch a few times now. Idk why but every time I try to buy her a surprise gift (Bday, Christmas,etc...) There's always something going on with your warehouse and to follow adds a delay to my order. Again, love the show, the merch is quality, but I wish I the next time I order some merch... it'll get to me in a timely manner with no delays.

Terrible customer service from Kings Road Merch. I preordered an album from Kings Road and I received a shipment notification. The shipment was marked as pre-shipment, label created and stayed that way for three weeks. When I reached out to Kings Road via email I received no response. I then reached out via their Facebook Messenger, which elicited a response within 30 minutes asking for the order number. I immediately sent the order number and then received no response for over 24 hours. When I responded asking what was happening, I received a response that customer service was working on the issue. That was a week ago, with no response at all from Kings Road. I will never use this service again. I could have ordered from another company and had the album almost a month ago.

Hello, your order was originally shipped out on 5/6 but it looks like USPS must have lost the package before they ever checked it in. Since it was shipped media mail, it's not uncommon for these packages to take a few weeks to be delivered, sometimes the tracking never updates and then randomly just gets delivered. We had responded to let you know about this and to see if it showed up and once we knew it was lost we issued a replacement order. Before that could be shipped you wanted the order canceled and refunded so we issued a full refund on your order. Apologies for the inconvenience with this order but once a package leaves our warehouse we have no control over how the carrier handles the package. Unfortunately, this one got lost and we were happy to issue a replacement order but since you would rather have a refund we processed that right away once it was requested. Thank you.

I've ordered from your company several times and my only complaint is how you package vinyl records. I ordered 2 Liz Phair records and they were packaged poorly and the corners were damaged and the inner record sleeves tore. Your packaging for clothing is fine but your records could be packed a little better.

Terrible communication. The LP was delayed forever, and I always had to reach out to Kings Merch for an update. Figuring out how to contact you was hard and I just felt as if I was dismissed. On the positive side, I did get the LP, but nearly 10 months after I paid for it.

Hello, we sent out multiple emails about this record and the delays. Unfortunately, we're at the mercy of the pressing plant when it comes to vinyl and sometimes records are delayed longer than expected. It looks like all 3 of your emails to us asking for updates on the record were responded to in a timely manner as well. Apologies, this took so long but we shipped them out as soon as they landed at our warehouse. We're glad you have the album now and hope you're enjoying it. Hello, it looks like you were charged $5.15 for shipping on your order which seems to be correct for a package being shipped from one coast to the other. I will never order from this company again. I received the wrong size on one of the shirts I ordered, & my card was compromised after using it to place that order. Upon attempting to contact customer service, I received no response. Nothing... Luckily, I was able to get the fraudulent charges reversed but lesson learned. *Do not recommend*

Hello, your card was not compromised from using it in any of our stores. Our site is encrypted, all of our payment processing is encrypted and we don't store your card info in our system. No one on our side can see your credit card info once you've used it to make a purchase with us. We received an email from you saying that your order was late but when we looked up your order status it showed it had already delivered. Your order shipped a few days after it was placed and then delivered a few more days after it shipped. There was no mention of anything you received being the wrong size in your email. If you did receive an incorrect size, please let us know and we'll be happy to fix this for you. Thank you for your order.

To be blatantly honest, I’ll probably never order from you again. I bought a patch basically out of frustration due to the lack of quality Rancid patches on the market. For one 3x1 inch patch it was like $12… The shipping was way to much for a nothing sized patch that could have gone in the mail with a few stamps.. And the communication of the order was frustrating. I felt like the order was in limbo. And I was being very patient, because I know not everyone is Amazon. My wife ordered Bad Religion stuff for my birthday a 3 weeks in advance and had the same experience. So yeah, I probably won’t be buying from you again, well in less I get insanely frustrated with a product search and have the coin to over pay for the product.
