“I've used kitandkaboodal a few times, with varying satisfaction.
I needed an outfit for going away, and put in an order in Thursday AM for £75. The website stated i would receive the items the next day, so I opted to pay for 'Express' delivery although I was entitled of the free delivery.
I received an email on Thursday saying parcel had been dispatched and tracking would follow. It's now Saturday and I have still not been given tracking details. I've emailed and called, to no avail. The woman on the phone has the audacity to tell me there was no Epress delivery option, so I emailed a screen shot to prove my point. No response.
So I'm spending a second day at home waiting for a parcel, that may, or may not have been sent.
I will not be using this company again.”
“I called the company because my parcel hadn't arrived. However when I spoke to Someone at Kit and Kaboodle I was informed my parcel was delivered and sent a photo, however it wasn't my house. The person I spoke to defended the delivery company DPD and made all sorts of excuses for them. I was then told they would try and contact the delivery driver but if I hadn't heard by Monday to let them know. I said I wasn't prepared to wait over the weekend and made it clear I am their customer not DPD and its my well earned money they had. when I said if I hadn't got my parcel this afternoon I would like a refund I was told I was threatening. It was their defence of the delivery company that really irked me. Fortunately the person who had my parcel knew me and brought it to me. Kit and Kaboodle have the worst customer service and they make customers wait at least two weeks for refunds on returned items. I will never buy again.”
“Awful cheap items that re badly made , poor customer service who deliberately delay getting back to you and then they charge you to return them.
Items that cost £40 are worth about £5 awful clothes!”
“I returned 2 x items weeks ago. I got an acknowledgment of returned goods and they were processing it. I have sent numerous emails with no reply/ response.
I normally love their garments but quite annoyed regards this delay and no response”
“The quality was very poor, the sizing was very odd, really wide short tops. I tried returning items but they said they were received outside the 30 days, unfortunately I had not kept evidence of post so unable to challenge.”
