“Placed order on 1st November and it's now the 10th and I'm still waiting for delivery. So-called promise 'dispatched within 24 hours' untrue, my items were dispatched on the 4th! I emailed but received no response, so, I rang yesterday to find out where my order was. Apparently it's all Hermes fault I haven't received it and reason it wasn't sent out within a day was because it was a weekend, untrue, then backtracking I was told it was because they had had a promotion and were really really busy! I really would like my 2 jumpsuits but if they are not here within the next day or so I will be requesting a refund. The clothes look amazing it's just a shame customer service and delivery is so poor!”
