“We had the most amazing day with Agunk from Kiwi Taxi. He was very punctual and picked us up early. He was very patient and made sure we never felt rushed at any of the stops. He was extremely knowledgeable. His car was clean and cold water was available. He offered great suggestions for lunch. We will definitely book with him again.”

“Montenegro. I have made a order for next day morning, paid and got confirmation. And then, after seven hours, late at night they cancelled the order because “don’t have a car”. The have ruined our plans and said that will return money after a week. Worst service ever.”

“Well, ladies and gentlemen, absolutely disgusting service in Turkey, they cheated on me for 25EURO, despite the fact that I even reconfirmed everything beforehand. Have some pictures, messages, etc. so if somebody want to know in details pls text me on +971501710930, Ivan. Will share my grave hazard experience with KIWI. Just avoid at them at any cost or circumstances. Use any other company, metro, bicycle or footsteps, but just avoid!”

This was very helpful as my questions required some discussion and in person was better. I received a call from Nicole (sp?) and she was very professional and helpful she explained several points to me and helped me decide on a plicy that is suitable for our trip and my family. She was also able to take my personal information and book my policy. Thanks for the opportunity to respond. I hope i have the agents names properly.”
