“While the material is soft and comfortable, the bra itself offers little support for large breasts. The shoulder straps are narrow and cut into the skin (unlike other manufacturers who offer broad straps). Moreover the shape the bra presents made me look like an Ursula in the Disney film Ariel. The "modern" shape the bra proports to provide is less than ideal. The cost of the bra is not unreasonable, if it did, in fact, offer more than a smooth fabric. So, not worth the cost, nor the hype.”
“I was fitted in one of the stores in Vancouver and it’s all wrong. Not only that, but there’s zero support and when I bend over my breasts practically fall out. I’ve blown my bra budget for the year on two of yours and won’t make that mistake again. Worst scam ever”

“I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered! I guess I’ll be out the money for these ridiculously uncomfortable bras! I just got my replacement for the first order that didn’t fit and one bra said it was bigger than the one it replaced but it was even smaller around! The bralette fit around but the hooks scratched my back every time I moved and the cups do not fit right. So disappointed in their “most comfortable bras”! Trying to get through on the phone is impossible! Don’t waste your time!”
“I followed the sizing chart and typically wear a medium, ordered a couple thongs and few of the bikini style underwear. Wanted to invest what I thought was quality. Unfortunately, the underwear was very tight around my thigh and was digging into my side. I ordered the racer back bralette and it was so small my breasts were so squished and didn’t cover them. I’m not very large chested and followed the size chart, but returned everything and didn’t reorder. Refund process was very quick.”
“Vey Duspointed in the bras, they are a heavy material that is not flattering, fairly uncomfortable and do not hold the ladies proper at all. Terrible customer service good luck getting your money back they wouldn't even return my calls or email.”
“I bought the large originally. I loved the thin soft material but part is about it. It kept raveling down. When I contacted the company to complain they told me that I bought the wrong size so I bought a size up. Wore them for the first time today and they kept sliding down. So disappointed. I've heard so much about this company and was completely dissatisfied on both purchases. Would not recommend to buy again if you have any curves whatsoever. Also, what kind of company that mostly sells online has no return policy? Seems kind of sketchy to me”

“Bought a bar and pr of high rise panties that are supposed to keep you dry. The bra feels like it’s made of plastic. I thought it would be a knit fabric. It doesn’t hold shape. Now I only wear it around the house under sweats. The panties do not keep me dry, and they are so high they sit higher than all my pants. I don’t understand the sizing, but I won’t buy anymore”

“I ordered several pairs of Knix underwear for light to moderate bladder leakage. While the majority of the heavy leakage protect my clothes, the smell that comes with it is nothing to be desired. So if you are using Knix for this, plan to carry extra's on you so you don't have to worry about the smell. Great idea but needs more work.”
“I ordered two bras and four panties. I couldn’t be more upset with the fit and quality. I sent emails to the Company to return the products.( they were not cheap in price) . The company only offered me an exchange. I did not want an exchange. I just wanted to send it back and get a refund. I was denied a refund. I called my credit card company and told them of my problem. They reimbursed me the charge and said they would pursue a case with them for reimbursement . They got no satisfaction .. so they put the charge back onto my card. They said that I would have to pursue them further on my own.
What a waste of money! I will burn them before I would wear them or give them to any other person.”
“I was very happy the first time I bought a knix bra. So after 2 years I decide to order another one. The quality doesn't match the first one. After 2 wash, the fabric split and the size is smaller.”
“I ordered bras for my daughter and I. We had a very nice person during the virtual sizing but the sizes still weren't right. And some things just don't make sense. Really, a 3xl bra with thumb straps? We sent 3 of 4 bras back. Also, I get so much text advertising from them now that I finally blocked the number.”
