“Hassle free ordering from Knots PH. On top of that, they keep you updated and even send a picture of the bouquet before delivering it to the person I wanted to surprise. The packaging is so nice and secured too. Plus points also for the personalized photo card. Ecuadorian roses are top notch! Would definitely be my go-to flowershop from now on. My only regret is I didnt get to order from them last Valentine's day. If I did that, the person I gave the bouquet too would've received it on time. Til my next purchase, Knots PH:)”

“I ordered flowers and macarons as a Valentine’s Day gift for my mom. My family was impressed by the really beautiful flowers! Although there seemed to have been some confusion with the delivery service they used regarding completing my full order, they corrected the situation very quickly when I followed up. I really appreciate how fast they responded and took action, but definitely would prefer to have had my surprise gift delivered perfectly upon first try. 😊 I would absolutely try them again because of the great staff communication and how the gift items seem to be really good quality.”
