“I ordered a Moonlight Koi Kimono from Kogiketsu and it was one of the best purchases I've ever made. It was cheap, plus I got a 20% off code from the Spin the Wheel Discount thing, and free shipping. It did take a bit of time for it to get to my house, and I did get nervous, but it should be expected, as it's overseas and free shipping. When I got my Kimono, it was wrapped in a plastic bag and it's really good quality. (I've had it for some time now.) Overall, I had a great first experience buying from Kogiketsu and I'll totally be doing it again.”

“Most everything that I've ordered from your store has gotten to me on time/around the time frame it said it was going to be shipped here. I haven't gotten anything that was damaged. And all of your items are so cute. Once I get more money, I'm definitely buying from here again.”

“Really lovely store. When i recived an item that didn't fit me the customer service was amazing and some of the best i have ever recived. The jacket i ordered was great quality . Exactly as described although lighter fabric than first thought. Really lovely x”

“Customer service was really great: My phone case arrived damaged and they told me I could either refund or exchange the item. When I asked for an exchange, they emailed back after saying they would ship another one free of charge instead! Super friendly and really easy to ask questions if needed. Their items are also reasonable prices and look very pretty - perk is definitely the free shipping too!”

“Despite the wait for their items to be delivered at my doorstep, with Kogiketsus' worldwide free shipping no minimum I'd rather wait :) I love their fashion and styles in their collection, they are oh so very cute at a reasonable price. Just be sure to really pay attention to their sizes is all I can recommend Overall, I would definitely recommend Kogiketsu to a friend sincerely, A loyal customer :)”

“Honestly as a whole I'm really impressed with the shop, I was bit skeptical at first due to the pricing and everything seeming to be too good to be true (mainly the free international shipping- multi million dollar companies don't even offer that, saving on the £10-15 was a big help). But I'm so happy with everything that I've purchased, I've sent the store to a few of my friends, don't know if they've purchased anything though. I love everything that's stocked, would probably buy most of it if I had the money. All in all, great shop and well worth the prices.”

“I ordered the Universe hooded jacket looking for a lightweight and waterproof jacket that had a cute design. The morning after I placed my order I received an email saying that my item had been shipped and was provided with a tracking number. The jacket arrived faster than the expected delivery time which I was incredibly pleased with, especially as things usually get stuck at customs in the UK for a few days. The jacket itself fits really well, the only thing I would suggest to other people buying would maybe be that if like me you carry more weight at the hips than anywhere else order a size bigger, but it's fine and still perfectly wearable either way. So far it seems to be waterproof enough to keep me dry which is what I was hoping for. I decided to buy this to wear for my trip to Tokyo in the middle of the rainy season, hoping it would keep me dry but still be lightweight enough to not make me overheat, it's been a great buy so far with fast shipping, and I'm looking forward to wearing it in Tokyo!”
